Richard got to me early —after AAA canceled a planned pick up and left me stranded. Ordering the tow, fitting into my schedule, and expected dispatch all proved very easy. Great customer service. The entire ride to my service shop was awesome. Richard gave great tips about local mechanics, was extremely pleasant, and made the ride go by so fast. Richard is awesome and will be the reason I only call Lee’s Towing Service in the future.

Lee’s Towing to the Rescue! My wife got a flat tire when coming back from the air port with 3 kids and my mother in law on the side of I-20. Being 4 hours away, I reached out to Lee’s and within 45 minutes he was there to rescue them from the side of the highway. The spare was put on and he ensured she made it safely to the exit for the tire shop! We couldn't be more grateful for the quality and value of the service that Lee’s provided! THANK YOU!

Rich was the tow truck driver and was absolutely wonderful!! Here I was stuck on the side of the road, upset and just very professional and caring at the same time. Thank you Lee Towing and Transport service for towing my car to the nearest service center after breaking down in front of Academy Sports and Outdoor. Lee arrived within 30 minutes. I wish I would have called them first. I had been waiting over 4 hours for tow service contracted by my insured emergency road side assistance. I finally gave up went online and found Lee’s Tow & Transport.

My insurance company had me waiting over two hours for the to find a towing company to get my car out of a ditch. I called myself and Lees Towing showed up in less than an hour and Rich/Rick had me out in less that ten minutes. These guys are a caring company and not only give you a fair price but care about your loved ones safety. Rich/Rick was so knowledgeable and confident that my worries went completely away. This company has exceptional customer service! They're like the Chik Fil A for towing! Everyone is so polite and eager to meet the customer needs. I had a uhaul get stuck in the mud and couldn't get it out. They responded quick and was ready to tackle it! We managed to get in unstuck as the tow driver was pulling into the driveway. They issued me a full refund and even waved the "Gone On Arrival" fee, since we got it out before they had the chance. Nicest tow place I've spoken to in years. Thank you William and Mr. Lee! You've just gained a forever customer!

My daughter blew out a tire on 285 on her way to work. I asked if he could help. He didnt answer just called her back. It was an hour out of his area. He could have said no. I am so very greatful for his help. I was 2 hours away and knew she would be ok. Thank you does not even begin to express my feelings.

This is the best wrecker serivce I have seen in Atlanta! Service was fast, (arrived ahead of promised time). The wrecker driver was friendly and curtious,, had a great attitude! Price was more than reasonable! This is my new favorite wrecker service. I am going to call them on all my future needs! I would give them more than 5 stars if possible!

Never have I been so happy to see a tow truck as I was today. Both of my car's front calipers seized and locked the front two wheels. Rich got my car's wheels to move enough to load it onto the truck and delivered home. He was both kind and helpful. Thank you!
