I was at orielly about to find a mechanic due to some car troubles and Mr.Platinum over heard me saying what’s wrong with my car he told me he could help me and to follow him to his shop , problem fixed in less than 10 mins great service and such positive energy will be definitely using his services again if I’m in need !!

You brought my car back with the same motor where is my money you had my car for 40 days and didn't touch anything that was in my car so you took $2700 away from me I just need my money back like I told you I had someone to fix my car you block me from your phone number you blocked me from messenger because you know you're wrong I would never ever refer you to no one this is so not business please be careful on who you choose to fix your car may God have mercy on their soul

This place is so unprofessional they refused to give me my car back in will give me the address to where they located. I have made a full payment for them to put an engine, my car this job supposedly only took two days I’ve been asking them since the 21st. To bring me my car back. The owner refused to bring me my car. He tells me he’s bringing it, but never showed up. These folks helped out when no one else would! My co-worker had a tire blow out late at night in his work truck; however his truck didn’t have the jack kit. I was able to get his spare lowered with my trucks jack kit, but of course my lug wrench didn’t fit his 13/16” lugs. Being late at night; no one was open, Walmart had closed, and none of the truck stops or travel centers carried a 4-way lug wrench. We called everywhere; nobody had anything they could sell us. It’s 2AM and we stumbled across these folks stating open 24hrs. Called em up, and the gentleman went to go look to see what he might have. Sure enough he had what we needed, and sold us a wrench to get this tire changed and my co-worker’s work truck off the side of the highway. I’m extremely thankful for these fellas, they helped us out when no one else would! I’m pretty sure his name was Shaun, if so, thanks again!

Ok my review is on the ratings of C Lyons. I was there that evening. Mr. SHAUN told him he does not allow his team to pull parts without deposit. And he would call CL when ready. He showed up sissy drunk to get the part about 8pm. His lead team was leaving and He told him first in morning he would. Mr. Shaun noticed his drunkeness and TOLD him to go elsewhere! Mr. Shaun told his team leader not to pull. So there was NO transaction. Maybe his being drunk Lyons don't know facts.

Well, I was in need of a part for my vehicle. They didn’t have the part needed. But, they were very resourceful on locating the part. They help me shorten my time of finding the part by giving Name and phone number to who may have it. I was very thankful and will refer anyone else in need of parts.

Any help getting in touch with anyone at this place would be helpful. They have had my van for 3 months!! The owner stopped responding to our calls and messages over a month ago. We have been to the shop multiple times and no one is ever there. We have already paid for the transmission and can’t get our vehicle. Any help is appreciated

Took my money and had us waiting for hours and wouldn't see us in person kept changing the time and quit answering the phone with no reason. I wouldn't recommend this company.

I'm officially taking legal action against this company. I've never had such an experience this has to be the worst experience I've ever had in business. Proceed at your own risk. This was a simple insurance repair. The used a refurbished bumper on my truck , left the clamps off and the bumper still isnt repair the wheel scrubs on left turns. Avoid this business at all cost.

This place is scamming people! When I first called and asked if they had the part I needed. The guy said he’s he does. And tried to insist that I have to “cash app” him up front a deposit if $100 bucks before coming up there or them pulling the part! I told him I only had cash. I got a ride there and the gate was closed. He quit answering the phone all together. I waited for about 30 mins and still no answer. So BEWARE PLATINUM PULL A PART ARE SCAMMERS! Not only that there parts are not under warranty. You will be lucky if you can even get the part let alone it working! SCAM.SCAM SCAM

If i could give less than one star I would. This place is den of thieves. My friend bought a harmonic balancer from them and they sent her one that was fractured. They denied her requests for a refund or exchange. She is on a fixed income and she even offered her last $30 for them to exchange for a used one bcuz she needs her car. They refused and just kept her money. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE ROTTEN PEOPLE. Especially if u are a woman or elderly.

I would not recommend anyone to this place. First of all they quoted me one price then after I cashed app money to them they came with a different price. Then when I kept calling them they would not answer nor would barely respond to Tex. Then I was only talking with one guy the whole time there was never anyone else, I find very hard to believe that this one guy was running the whole business. Very Very UNPROFESSIONAL…… PERIOD…. Please please please check this place out before you go terrible I would not recommend a dog to this UNPROFESSIONAL BUISNESS. I really could have went on about my experience with them but it defiantly would be a lot of texing. BOTTOM LINEDO NOT USE THIS BUISNESS….

This place is very unprofessional. They don't answer the phones for people that have issues or concerns. They say they have parts and take cash app payments even if they don't have the part and you wont get an official receipt. Please do not support this tacky business. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Shaun stayed at the shop late one night just to make sure my car was fixed. I was so appreciative and grateful! He gave me reputable places to go and get my parts at a great price. Thanks so much for the help. My family will forever be in your debt!!

Shaun was well knowledgeable of what my car needed to run smith again. He gave me a price for parts that I thought was unbeatable. I was given a date and time that my car would be ready and he was right on the mark. Hopefully I don’t have any more car issues but if I do I will surely return to Platinum World Auto. Excellent customer service from start to finish!!

24/7? Hmm...that does still mean open 24 hours 7 days a week correct? Not in a row I guess? False advertising at its finest. Both the website and voice-mail prompt claim that they are open 24 hrs. Maybe they are if you have.a key to the padlock that secures the large gate in front. Thanks...

II think that everyone was so nice and i really liked that they should always ask me questions about the parts that i wanted and even took pictures and sent them to me now that's what I'm talking about. The parts that i received from them was just what i wanted thanks guys for helping me out your all the best

Back in November I bought a vehicle from Shaun. He promised and even wrote me a contract specifying that he would fix the vehicle no later then 6 weeks. The 6 weeks passed by and he kept on giving me excuses about not having the time to fix my vehicle. It’s been 5 months and he still hasn’t finished my vehicle. He was supposed to get my vehicle running and painted by now but he still hasn’t done anything to it. He doesn’t even answer my phone calls or text messages. This is the worst customer service and the worst shop I’ve ever been too. I don’t recommend anyone go here. Especially if you were wanting to get your vehicle fixed.

Buying/financing a car from here was the worst experience of my life. If I would have read the reviews instead of going by friends on Facebook I would have definitely went elsewhere. My car was financed on January 4, 2020 however I wasn't able to legally drive until January 17, 2020. Not because the car didn't run but because the owner wouldn't give me the required tag to drive. I was stopped by the police twice for having the wrong tag which made me stop driving it until I was finally given the appropriate tag. After finally receiving the tag and driving the car for two weeks the radiator began to leak. Before I could get the radiator replaced, the trasmission began to slip. The owner finally came and got the car after 4 days of me texting, messaging and calling; only to hold the car for an additional two weeks. When I was told around 12p.m. that my car was ready (after texting and calling for several days) I also was told that the radiator had been replaced, the trasmission had been repaired and my car would be dropped back off to me. However, I had to go and get the car myself because around 8p.m. I called and finally got an answer and was told by the owner that he had a lot going on at the time and that I could come get the car if I had a way. I got a Lyft to the shop (the owner was grilling) and was then told that the radiator had not been replaced because they didn't have a new one and he didn't want to put a used one on the car. This was on a Sunday, the next day I drove the car to work and on my way home the transmission gave out. I called to let the owner know and he basically made it appear to be a problem that me or whoever I may have let drive caused the problems. The lack of professionalism and the I don't give a f×$! mentally is unbelievable. I wouldn't recommend buying a tire from this place so a car is a HELL NO. **I've purchased another car since from Drew International and the customer service was impeccable compared to the discomfort I get from even mentioning the name Shawn Platinum.

I called and ordered parts and they told me they would have them same day at 5pm. They asked me for my number I gave it to him to call me back. No return call, I called and texted several times with no response!

Bought a car from the owner, transmission lasted a week and started skipping and then gave out. Motor was leaking oil and started to smoke out of the tail pipe a week later aswell like it was rigged up to last till it was sold. I would not reccomend these people, they're cars are junk and i paid $6,500for it. The guy was rude and didn't seem interested in helping the customers and selling them junky cars for high prices. I would rather give my money else where, to somebody that isnt so rude and has cars that last l ok longer than a week. And parts for cars was even more that ebay charges!! After only having it a week they will not fix my transmission or even care to look at it!!! Very very rude people, i do not reccomend unless you want to pay high prices for JUNKKK!!!!

This place WILL CHEAT YOU OUT OF MONEY!! THE EVELYN THAT REVIEWED WITH POSITIVES WAS THE ONE THAT CHEATED ME!! AFTER I TOLD HER ABOUT MY SITUATION AND ASKED THAT SHE NE HONEST WITH ME!! NOW ME AND MY 4 DAMN KIDS HAVE A POS CAR THAT DONY WORK AND WE JUST BOUGHT IT 2 DAYS AGO!!

Platinum World Auto has the best costumer service and they do right by their costumer all the time... I love taking my car there.... they can find any parts you need at any time.... the owner is so welcoming and do all he can do to make you leave with a smile.... Platinum World BABY!!!!
