Very disgusting customer service from the lady that answers the phone in the morning. I’m trying to pay her and she’s states in a sarcastic tone “why are you blowing up your phone I have people ahead of you “ well number 1 why did you answer if that’s the case ? Number 2 I only called back because she hung up on me the first time. “ like women I’m trying to pay you! Anyway, idk who pissed in your food but you NEED to lighten up. 0 out of 10
Great friendly service, and quick! I brought my car in so they could fix the front end mechanics. Shortly after, the car was pulling to the right. I took it back and they fixed it same day at no charge.
San Carlos Automotive is my go to shop for all of my vehicles. I was expecting a 2,000-3,000$ Repair for the air conditioning in my Cadillac Escalade but they were able to find a simple leaking valve stem and saved me thousands. They have replaced pulleys, flushed the fuel system, replaced leaking gaskets, oil changes, tires rotations and much more in my 16 year old truck. The thing that I like most is they call to suggest replacing something that is likely to fail next, that is attention to detail, I really don’t want to be back in 6 months or a year so I would rather do it all at once! Most places are afraid to make that call in fear of it sounding like an up-sell. Customer service is always great and even better to support a locally owned small business. Great people and service I would highly recommend.
I would never suggest this place to someone. They don’t answer phone calls or call you back. They take hours to tell you something that takes maybe takes minutes to figure out. Horrible place
Exceptional customer service! I recently relocated to the area and have been looking for a dependable, trustworthy and affordable automotive shop. San Carlos Park automotive is just that. They go above and beyond to ensure that their customers are satisfied. Very impressed. Highly recommend!
Great service! Fair prices! Right! That's how I used to feel in the beginning...No I know better. Do not even deserve 1 star and I'm not talking about my last service. I talking about my last three services.
Caught the owner trying to sell me service and parts I didn't need. They never return calls when they say they will and them close without getting your car out ad promised. Had an emergency on a repair they did two months ago when they replaced my radiator, but it's Good Friday at 10 am... screw you...see you on Monday. Finally looked at the cooling while waiting for a tow and discovered they never clamped the water hoses down! Look at this picture!?
