Called to schedule a tow and guy was super rude and unhelpful. I understand they didn't have any trucks available that moment, but he just told me to call back in a few hours and talked to me like I was being a burden. If you don't want to tow cars then don't work at a tow company. Would've literally been a 5 minute tow and the drop off was right next door. Called Towing Unlimited instead, they also didn't have trucks available right that second but instead of being rude they helped me schedule a pickup and let me know when drivers were available. It's the 21st century, any serious business should be able to schedule appointments and know how to talk to customers.
Absolutely loved dealing with this company. Family owned and operated and customer service like you wouldn’t believe. Fast, reliable and will absolutely be calling them in the future 🩷
I wish I could leave a zero star review but this is as low as it gets, I am from a notary's office in the state of Texas helping a client of mine who's vehicle is currently impounded there and when I called to get information, who ever answered the phone was a rude and condescending man who talked to me as if I was a child, and stated that he had "told me earlier" when I had explained that I was from the notary's office calling on my clients behalf who only speaks Spanish; this was my first interaction with the company and it left a horrible impression and a sour taste in my mouth. You should reconsider your hiring practice and hire people who actually have a good customer service attitude.
My car was towed here following an accident. It's secure, and the management cut me a deal on storage charges while I waited for a duplicate title to arrive by mail.
Terrible drivers backed into my truck while it was parked and drove off. Scratched my paint and dented the body up. Also scratched my friends car up to. They did replace my back window so I’ll leave a star
DANGER: I was just driving south on 41 when a southtrail tow truck came barreling past me. I tried to pace him but I stopped accelerating at 65 mph. The speed limit was 45 and this truck was easily going 70-75 mph and tailgating within 3 feet when a vehicle was in front of him.

This is extremely dangerous to the driver, other pedestrians, and customer vehicles.
Daughter car was in a accident. Wanted car towed home from the crash site. They agreed that will be 130.00. My daughter had cash but was short $9.00. Asked if I could pay balance on card. They would not allow. Just wanted tomake money. So car was taken to impound which he charged another 45.00 to keep over night. They were very rude.
