We had the best experience with Discount Battery! We recently bought a golf cart from Facebook Marketplace and unfortunately the seller wasn’t truthful about its condition. Thankfully, everything happens for a reason because Ripken came to our rescue when no other company was willing to help. He didn’t hesitate to jump in and figure things out for us.

We also rented a golf cart for the weekend from them to use on Captiva Island, delivery was earlier than expected and it was fully charged and ready to go. We highly recommend them to anyone!

Was talked into buying 2 Trojan lithium batteries for my golf cart by Rifken at Discount Batteries. He told me these batteries would power my golf cart with no problem, 2 of these batteries are all that I would need. Golf cart was delivered with 2 new Trojan lithium batteries on 2/23/24. Cart worked for a little over a week then cart stopped working even though batteries seemed to be charged. After calling Rifken from Discount batteries after having to push or tow cart home 5 times Rifken sent Kris to check out batteries which now had red fault lights on shutting both batteries down. Kris was unable to reset or get batteries working on Friday April 12th, and Kris told me Rifken would call me about 1 pm. He never called and I’ve called him and left numerous messages still no call. Called today Monday 4/15/24 left another message and had another guy call me. He assured me Rifken would call and take care of this problem by honoring the warranty. One reason for my purchasing these batteries was the warranty and service that Rifken told me Discount Batteries provides. I was told on Thursday April 11, 2024 by a Trojan Battery tech in California that only using 2 Trojan batteries in my cart would not work well as it would result in faults for battery amps shutting down the batteries ( which has happened ). I’m still waiting for Rifken and Discount batteries to honor their warranty!!

Best price on Trojan batteries. But doesn't honor warranty on them. Had a Trojan within warranty but wouldn't help me out. Bought batteries here a few times now.

The only thing that I can think is that after I looked you guys up on Google maps I put my phone in my pocket and it got knocked around and somehow left a random review. These guys are Great. They got Alot of knowledge and advice with Alot of patience. They also offer new and used batteries. Unbelievable good prices. They've been here a long time so they won't be going anywhere. If you have battery operated gulf carts and need batteries brought to you they offer a delivery service. They also do installs way better than the rest the service is impeccable.
Guy was very nice, took old batteries out of the car. Put new ones in the trunk. Made sure they were secured. If you pay cash you get a discount. Great service.
Not easy to get to from west side of old 41 easy getting back to on palm going west " one way!" But worth it a do it yourself job saved 90+ bucks and from a very nice guy enjoyed putting out the money
