Only reason getting two stars is check in was simple and lady was nice they did load quick but as everyone else stated they will load you heavy and overweight I lost another load for weekend due to these people overloading me. Never again would I accept a load from here and oh best part is the mill it went to in Jackson Alabama forget it 6 plus hours unload time don’t do it even if it’s higher paying
Sneaky Jerks. They put an ugly dumpster right in view of my backyard and directly next to an endangered scrub jay sanctuary. When the FDOT asked them to move it they stated they did not have to move it and they won't move it. We'll see about that. I'm going to contact the county. - This original post was made in 2018. Update as of 2021, they have finally moved the dumpster.
OTR drivers BEWARE. They overload you and don't let you use the scale on site. You have to go to the nearest scale which is like 6 miles away and have to go back to take some the bales off. Super rude people and give you an attitude if you tell them you are overweight. I know for a fact that i'm NOT going back and hope no one else does until they learn how to be professional.
Small dirt yard filled with potholes, very miserable when it rains. They only load 1 truck at a time.loading is quick, usually less than 45 min but you could wait for a long time depending on how much trucks are before you. The have a staging area across the street where you have to park and walk back to the office. The have a scale on site but OTR drivers are not allowed to use it !
