Went into this Advance Auto location yesterday for a new battery. The young man who took care of me was really polite and helpful to the point that he asked to install the battery or carry the heavy battery back to my vehicle. AGAIN HE WAS REALLY HELPFUL AND HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AMAZING!!! PS: i read the last review from this person Reman and let me tell you i dont believe a thing that reviewer said.

I purchased dense oxygen sensor for my 2009 Honda civic. Sensor has one year replacement warranty if defective. This sensor is defective and check engine light came on with o2 bank 1 code. I went to this location to get defective sensor replaced which is warranted by Denso. Clerk at the counter was non cooperative, ignorant and with no effort to resolve the issue. He straight away refused to replace the defective sensor and told me to go get in writing from mechanic shop like he was asking for doctors note. Rude people , advance auto parts was my place to get parts but after this not anymore. You know how to lose customer no wonder why your store is so quite as compare to Autozone. Your store doesn’t deserve even one star

I would give zero stats if I could. My son went in there 3 hours ago and bought rotors and pads for his Nissan truck. He pulled the first tire off and realized that his brake problem was a leaking caliper. Somehow he didn't have his receipt so he called and asked to swap out the rotors. They said no receipt, no telephone number, no return. They didn't ask for his telephone number and no doubt he left his receipt on the counter. We are talking a couple hours, unopened packages and still no return. That lost them a awful lot of business, good work ADVANCE Auto

My husband wants some steering oil and he got transmission oil. Is not the same The sellers doesn’t know what about the car. It was now. And last time 3 times they give us wrong size belt. And my husband told everything about car years , type…. If someone working like this job they have to know something about it. What needs for a client.

They had the part I needed and the associates we helpful in getting it for me. They even gave me the core return refund on the spot as I came with the old alternator to ensure it was the correct one.

Claim they install batteries but claimed "I can't" for me. I did it less than 10 minutes with a ruptured rotator cuff. I can't means I won't to me. No wonder online is doing so well, you need to offer a service in order to grow a business.

I had gone to multiple different stores trying to find the right parts for my brake job and kept getting sold the wrong things. Alex was very helpful and able to find me everything I needed on the first try. Will definitely keep shopping at this store!

Looked up a part online and it said it was in stock, get to the store and of course get the the new guy who knows nothing about computers or cars, basically had to show him what the part looked like and was called on my phone. Still couldn't find the part and then tells me it's not in stock and that the online site for their store was wrong. And that he could get the part in a week.. Amazon here I come for next day service.. these types of places need to hire people who knows cars and computers and train them.

Ordered battery online, and it was ready on arrival for pickup. They loaned me the tools to swap out my battery and return my core. Free testing on batteries, alternators and diagnostic code scanning. Also got a nice discount for online ordering.

I traveled from Bristol to Vernon. for a part and when ai arrived I dealt with Dylan and I had a situation I was in and he handled it like a pro he went way out of his way to make me a satisfied customer as I usually am from Advanced Auto. I wish him the best in his future it's hard to find people that go out of their way and I am truly thankful.

I'm totally satisfied with my experience. Right from the first phone call the previous day. Jose the manager was very polite, told me to come on early 7:30 am they will look at the Subaru from there the assistant manager Noah was right on task from start to finish even when he had to stop and fix the printer! The other mechanic Smiles I think they called him was also nice and professional! Very happy with the start of my day. Thanks guys at Monroe in Vernon Ct!!!!

I have come to love Advance Auto parts due to I am an online shopper and they offer better deals than O'Reilly and Auto Zone for online shopping when it comes to discount prices advance beats them which makes it more affordable and convenient and when it comes to pickup its hassle free.

I have ALS. Having ALS has severely affected the use of my hands. I asked the salesman ( after I purchased the headlight bulb) if he could help me install it. " NO, we are not allowed to " I briefly explained my handicap. " NO sir, can't do it" i thanked him and left. Oh I forgot to mention he just finished installing a pair of wipers on an SUV for a young lady

The manager is a miserable jerk. I bought a part that did not work with my vehicle. Because I tried to install it(i put 2 bolts on the new part) he wouldn't return it or give me store credit. I have spent a lot of money at that store and he definitely knew that because I've dealt with him many times. He is almost always rude and seems to hate his life. He told me to keep the new one for a backup which I can't even do since there was a core fee. I asked him if I was supposed to reinstall the new one again and his response was "What do you want me to do". I told him they would loose a lot of customers with that new policy. He said "We will see". They lost me. I'm keeping both. They can have the core fee. Respect is more important to me.

Young lady that was working had a bad attitude and seemed to be annoyed when I asked if she could take a look at my headlights to see which one needed to be replaced. "I can't touch them" was her response.... Never asked her to. Just wanted to see which one I needed to replace exactly. Leave the bad attitude at home.

Easy access, and good inventory compared to some other stores. We sometimes shop at the competition because they are closer - but this store always seems to have stock when others do not.
