I am very particular about my cars. I have a newer and an older Toyota. Both cars get serviced exclusively at Moore's. I have been going there for a few years and have always been satisfied. They treat my wife and I like we are one of the family. I have recommended them to family and friends who have also raved about their service experience. It's nice to know there is an honest mechanic out there who takes pride in their work.

I had brought my car to their mechanic shop and they were honestly amazing their customer service was very friendly their mechanics were quick to diagnose all my cars issues and fixed it with no issues for a amazing price in no time i consider moores to be the best service in the county hands down

I do not recommend this business. I called for a quote about changing a water pump and the guy said he would need to look at what this particular kind of vehicle entails. He took my license plate number so he could find out what the vehicle is via VIN number and said he'd call me back. He never called back. Very unprofessional.

I strongly recommend buying a vehicle from Moore’s. Dave, the salesman, is trustworthy, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. After my car was totaled, he worked with me through the challenges of dealing with my insurance company and waiting for the bank’s check. His assistance made the entire process much easier. They also offer a year-long bumper-to-bumper warranty, which is a great added benefit when purchasing a used vehicle.

I had broken down on my way home during a 2500 mile road trip to look a college campuses with my daughter. Searched the AAA listings in the area and found Moore's Auto to have a good rating, so I took the chance and had my car towed there. Spent the night nearby, since the shop was closed at night (Thursday). Was pleased that it looked like a nice, clean place the next day, and I was greeted cordially but told that they probably wouldn't be able to look at the car right away, but I did get a call on Tuesday, saying that they found the trouble and could get it fixed by the end of the day. Since I live more than an hour away, I picked up my car on Wednesday. Turned out that the top of one of the spark plugs was falling apart and the other spark plugs needed replacing also. (They were the original plugs.) Cleaned the combustion chambers of deposits, as well as cleaning the fuel system, throttle valves, and air induction system. Was very pleased with their service, which certainly seemed reasonable and fully explained. Would not hesitate to use them again, if I ever break down again in the area!

I bought a vehicle from Moore's 7 months ago and totally forgot to a do a review! Anyways, purchasing this vehicle was extremely easy and Dave, my salesman was awesome! Recently had my vehicle break down, conveniently right in front of their repair facility. They were kind enough to take my vehicle in to diagnose the issue half an hour before closing time. I ended up have the rear brakes fail on me. Even though I overheard one of the employees on the phone say that they were booked until the end of of the August, within 24hrs I had my vehicle back. While this facility is not the normal shop I usually go to, I wouldn't hesitate to return here if I had to.

We would highly recommend Moore’s Automotive! They are extremely professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable and caring! Tim and Chris have gone above and beyond helping us with the classic Corvette left to us by my Dad. It’s amazing to be able to have faith and confidence in your mechanic!

Moore's has been my "go to" service shop since I first learned about them almost 2 decades ago. Professional service, timely follow-ups, and straight pricing (and willing to work with you if necessary), are their staples. I rarely give 5 stars, but they deserve every one of them. The staff is awesome & the work, above reproach. 👍🏾

I trust these guys more than I trust anyone else. I recently had a major breakdown of my car (wheel bearing and transmission issues - Subaru Impreza), and even though they are not close to where I live, I would always prefer to drive 20 miles to them to have my car taken care of. At the time I called they were booked solid two weeks in advance, but they understood the problem and were able to get me in the next day, diagnose my car, and do a major repair within just a day. The prices they gave me were reasonable, the advice they had was spot on. There was no sales-y pushing, no attempts to add things I didn't need. They knew my situation and treated me with respect. The car now runs much quieter and smoother than it used to. I can't say how grateful and appreciative I am for what they did, and I will keep taking my car there again and again.

We have been using Moore's Service for several years now (Honda Pilot and Toyota Prius) and we have found them to be very honest and helpful. During the recent repair of the Pilot, they clearly explained the issue and options. Now it is running beautifully and it has 170K miles. Very happy with the quality of their service!

Moore’s was a great experience for me and my family. They understood our financial needs as well as what we were looking for in a vehicle. They were up front with everything, always keeping it real and honest with no unnecessary persuasion. Dave in sales specifically was a great help to us, he was friendly and kind and very willing to work with us! He detailed the car beautifully and took his time to make sure everything was perfect for us. This is the third family car we’ve bought here and the experience was delightful to say the least! My experience at Moore's was fantastic. We were able to inspect the car as much as we wanted and there was no rush. As far as I could see, they take fantastic care of their cars and they won't sell to you if anything is wrong. Once I decided to purchase a car from them, Dave in sales made the whole process very easy. After going to a couple of sites to look at cars, there was no question that Moore's was the establishment I wanted to buy from.

We bought a vehicle from Moore's in Nov. 2018 and had probably the easiest, most transparent car-buying experience I've ever had. Dave made the process pressure free and easy and stayed in contact throughout the process (he even gave me his personal cell number so I could call him with any questions). Will definitely be a return customer if I get the opportunity.

Dave was very knowledgeable and helpful. He made us aware of the vehicles that were available in our price range and kept in contact with us until we found the right car. When the check engine light came on a few days after we purchased the car, the service department had the problem solved very quickly. (The seal on the gas cap was worn, so they replaced the gas cap and also replaced another gasket in the exhaust system to be on the safe side.) This is the third car we've purchased at Moore's, and we go to Moore's when we need service. Everyone who works there does an excellent job. I recommend them to others regularly.

I have been a repeating customer of Moore’s for the past several years. They have been great to work with. I even just recently purchased a used Rav4 off their lot and felt I got a good car for a fair price. Professional trustworthy service both in sales and auto shop! I would highly recommend Moore’s.

Have been going to Moore's Auto Service for years for my Camry and my daughter's aging Honda. They are professional and honest. When my daughter needed to replace her Honda, I gave her my Camry and simply went across the street to Moore's Sales, and requested a fresh-off-lease Camry. They got it for me within a week or so and I bought it on the spot. They are very helpful and friendly.

Moore’s has helped my family and I with our cars for over 10 years now. Dave recently just found me the car of my dreams, and the service department put on brand new tires, did the brakes, and made it look completely new. All employees there have been nothing but kind to me, and I am very grateful for their great service. I'm actually writing this review for my husband. Moore's Automotive has the most honest and reliable car service in the area, he has been taking our cars to Moore's for more than 25 yrs. He appreciates the way the staff does their best to take care of his car troubles quickly and efficiently. I purchased a car from Moore's Automotive last week and had an amazing experience! I was referred to the company by many family friends based on the good experiences they had had in the past. I worked exclusively with Amy and she was very accommodating and helpful during my first time buying a car. I would highly recommend the company to anyone in the market for a used car at a very reasonable price!

I don't live in CT so I am not a regular customer to Moore's, however, I was traveling to Boston and broke down I-84. It ended up being the best experience I've ever had with a mechanic. Everyone at Moore's, especially Chris T., was accommodating and polite. I was driving around in a mid-90's Civic that was approaching 200k so the repairs ended up not being worth the price of the car. Moore's walked through signing the car over and set up the car's removal. I can't emphasize enough the level of service I received. Some of the best people I've ever dealt with.

Simply the best. They are professional, honest and courteous. I have been coming here for over three years and they have fixed all of my car woes quickly, accurately and at a lower cost than other places. As a owner of an older vehicle I have to do maintenance from time to time but when the dealership says one number, I can count on getting it done for lower at Moore's and the service is guaranteed. They can't be beat.

Not all used cars are created equal! Moore's seems to pick out the good ones. The cars are clean, fully serviced, and ready to go at a fair price. (Mainly Toyota, Lexus, and Scion). I've purchased one car from them, and after many miles, it is running great! (2005 Acura TL.) The purchasing experience was fantastic. The sales staff is wonderful. Everyone I dealt with was very laid-back, friendly, and honest. No pressure, no nonsense. Buying a car can be a big event, but the folks at Moore's took very good care of me, and helped me to feel at ease during the process. If you need to finance, they work with a decent credit union that offers pretty competitive rates. I continue to bring my car to Moore's for routine service. Just like the sales department, the service department is top-notch. They are always kind, knowledgeable, and honest. The short of it: I'd recommend Moore's Automotive to anyone. Whether it's sales or service, they will take care of you.
