I wanted to leave a good review due to showing up fast ,but my ridgeline that died due to needing a starter ,was pulled onto the flatbed with no issue ,then the driver left the keys on so it was stuck in park due to low battery and then could not get it out of park so had to bounce it off the flatbed and now my truck violently shakes ,exhaust is broken among other things and is basicly destroyed so I cannot leave a good review or even drive my truck,this review can go away if things are made right photo enclosed of my exhaust ripped off and I’m sure there is more yes the exhaust was rusty but it worked and I had just put a ton of money into truck for a new front end axels etc and now it won’t drive straight
Guy was not well equipped. Could barely understand what he was saying. Said he couldn't tow my truck even though he had a flatbed. It had a snow plow on it but overall I feel like he was just being lazy. Save your time. He was expensive too
I called for a tow of a 26-foot Uhaul stuck in the mud. The agent asked me a second time, how big is the truck? I said 26 feet. Empty. He quoted me $200 on the phone. Came to do the job and said it's a bigger truck, will charge $275. The truck was 26 feet when I called and did not grow.
He did a good job pulling it out for us, but should have honored price quoted on phone.
B Towing was extremely fast to get to us, even at the late hour, offered a very fair price and got our car to a mechanic quickly! Can't say enough good things!!!!
They are definitely the best I have ever dealt with! They are fast, have excellent service and have options in Portuguese and Spanish, which made things much easier for me, as I am Brazilian. I will definitely stay here! Thank you.
