Dave and the entire staff in Vernon have consistently done excellent work on my vehicles this year. The service (and guidance) has been well beyond my expectations. I have and will continue to refer friends and family to this location.

They took me in short notice, replaced my tire in less than an hour. The staff was very professional. I'm taking 1 point off for a perfect score because the online appointment was buggy. They gave the wrong day and date and I ended up having to call the store to see about an appointment

I trust this place with my one and only, beautiful car. Great prices and great staff always make for a positive experience. I couldn’t solve a light on my car for over a year and a half. Two other shops looked at it, worked on it, but never permanently fixed. Firestone did!! It hasn’t done on since. Sam and the team always try to find a little deal for me if they can, but most of all, I trust them with my vehicle and getting the job done.

I have been coming here for years to get my alignment done for both cars I own. What can I say, the shop has super friendly and outgoing staff and it's super clean. I recently did a oil change with them, the kind gentleman gave me a $25 discount off of the full synthetic oil change. Highly recommend Firestone in Vernon.

I had a great experience here from start to finish. Dave was really easy to talk to, honest, and straightforward, which I really appreciated. I never felt any pressure such as upselling at all. The technician, Aaron, did a great job as well and clearly knew what he was doing. Everything was explained clearly, the work was done right, and the whole process felt smooth and stress-free. I would recommend them without hesitation and will be back in the future!

The “vibe” at this particular location was much different than other ones that I have gone too. There was such positive energy from the staff & my vehicle went right in @ the time of my scheduled appointment.

The Firestone team helped me get all-terrain tires on my Honda Pilot, the service was on time and within the expected duration that was given when I made the appointment. Finding a mechanic can be stressful. You wonder how much things are going to cost. You wonder if you are going to receive reliable quality service. You wonder if the people helping you are trustworthy and kind. My old mechanic in Jersey was all of the above. But I live here now. I never would have thought I would find Mom and Pop service at a big chain auto shop like Firestone. Every time I come in for service, big or small, Dave and his Team are the BEST!!! Dave always takes his time explaining what is needed to keep my car at maximum performance. Dave always answers trivial questions in a patient and kind manner. And I never feel like I am being upsold. I always trust Daves recommendations. Last time I was in for tires, Dave was off. Sam was there to make sure my check in and service went smoothly. The service is top notch. The waiting area is clean and inviting. They also have great deals on different services. I can not tell you the best time to go, but when you do go, ask for Dave or Sam! I have purchased a few sets of tires and oil changes. I purchased the lifetime wheel alignment and with coupon, I only paid a little over the price for just one time. They have also done some major work for half the price the dealer wanted. Prices are reasonable, I recommend them for your auto needs.

They’re knowledgeable and polite. I’ve never had a bad experience with them even when my tire air pressure dropped because of the temperature change and they said “ pull up to the garage “ ..filled my tires and I was on my way!

Only place I will take my vehicle! I never feel like I am being taken advantage of and the quality of work is top notch! Highly recommend this particular location to anyone who needs honest and reputable service for their vehicles

I bought my second set of Firestone Destination LE3 tires for my Toyota Sienna today. Really good all season quiet tires. This Firestone store is great to work with. You can tell by how customers interact with the staff that they trust them, as do I. Sam was my service rep today and everything went as expected. I was very pleased when Sam was able to save me $100 on the total cost by getting the Firestone credit card. That savings was definitely worth it. Highly recommended!

Took my car in for a full set of tires, and the whole process was excellent. From the online quote and scheduling to the service and the staff, everything was top notch. Excellent price as well. Highly recommended.

Avoid this place so you don't have to waste your time. Their employee Sam is one of the most unprofessional humans I've ever encountered. Too lazy to come remove a flat from my trunk, rolls his eyes about it and then has someone else do it. (Recurring theme here) 3 hours I waited for this guy to call and say they can't patch my flat and try to upsell me some off brand $800 tires instead. Nice try bud. Made him put my tire back in my trunk (Aww bummer he had to do some work!) I left and drove a mile or so down the road to Monro where they patched my tire on the spot in 10 minutes. I've put 1000+ miles on it since. Firestone would be smart to investigate this location further as they're making the brand look bad to customers who have spent good money there in the past. I've forwarded this sentiment to corporate.

I appreciated the honest and straightforward information I received about my tire selections. I trusted the technician I dealt with, Dylan. I also appreciated the quickness in which he was able to order and get my tires and the efficient service .

I was nearby when my car was not driving well. I brought it in with no appointment. I understood they would not be able to look at until the next day. I got a callback the next day at a reasonable time with the diagnosis and cost and they were able to get parts and do the repair and have my car back to me that afternoon.

We had a great experience with Eyzaih at Firestone. He was absolutely great—super helpful and kept us updated throughout the process. They were able to replace both our battery and alternator on a Sunday, which was a lifesaver. The team worked quickly and had us back on the road in just a few hours. We really appreciate the great service and dedication. Highly recommend this location!

This is the absolute BEST Firestone location there is. The staff are incredibly polite, honest, patient and they have such a great service to provide so that is a bonus. I have always been given accurate, honest and fair assessments on vehicles. They truly handle each customer and their situation with a courteous and positive manner. I am a return customer at the Vernon Firestone location and I have to say they are awesome! Dylan and Isiah gave me amazing customer service, not only did they provide me with updates and explained the parts I needed and cost. I can confirm this is the LAST time I’m going to Firestone. Technician nor guy up front couldn’t be bothered to notify me that my windshield wiper fluid was leaking during my first visit. When I went back the guy up front confirmed that they were aware of the issue. Nothing was leaking on my vehicle prior to the appointment either. AVOID ALL LOCATIONS. Dirty. Disgusting. Lousy. Unprofessional. Also photo of my steering wheel after I returned to fix THEIR mistake.

The staff at this location were prompt, friendly and knowledgeable! I unfortunately gave them the wrong tire size for their Firestone tires that I had requested. Sam promptly took care of the situation by going to Manchester to retrieve the tires I wanted with their current discount. They also noticed that I had a very bad ball joint and showed the problem to me. It was obviously a safety issue. They never suggested I buy tires they had in stock my size for more money. The showcase area was clean and while I waited for their service to be complete, I noticed several pleasant interactions on the phone and in person! I will go to Vernon’s location for all other issues thar they can solve from now on!
