My go to parts place when you need something to work the first time, they also stand behind their products unlike many other parts stores

Same guys have been here for some time and I haven't had any issues for several years. They have later hours then many other Napa stores as well.

Went there to grab some parts for my nephew's truck and they gave us the wrong parts. Wasn't just the wrong parts what's for the complete wrong vehicle. Had to return them and pick up the right parts from O'Reilly's.

Very knowledgeable about old cars. Friendly. Helpful.

A young man named Brian M. was really helpful and respectful. He showed me exactly which wipers would work for my car and even installed them for me. Hire more guys like Brian!

Being slightly handicapped Be nice if they'd offer some help carrying items out too car (if needed) I may not accept the help? ) **But at LEAST offer** Also?? Some of the people seem very rude and think that It's uncommon too ask questions of CERTAIN issues pertaining to Auto!! But?? Would I ask for suggestions if I knew the answer? And its a Auto Parts store!! Items sold for Autos!! If I don't know the reason my car is acting up or not normal?? They should accommodate me and others right?? Also?? Store very small and could use some cleaning!!!

Nala auto parts store is the place to get all your auto needs. The employees are very knowlegible and helpful. The store is Clean and. Well stocked. I highly recommend it.jb

I learned my lesson check with Napa first for parts because I notice every other parts place always say it's a dealer part guess what Napa deals to alot of dealers due to they have a very well established company and the parts are genuine parts which means they will perform what they are meant to do not like cheap aftermarket .

The guy at the counter was kinda mean in giving me the info on the next nappa store.. He barely opens his mouth to tell me the damn address.. Young caucasian kid..

I brought my dead car battery in and Matt was able to help me determine which battery to replace it with.

Matt is always so helpful and nice!! He always goes out of his way to help his customers!! Ken is also awesome and very helpful and knowledgeable!!! I love the vernon NAPA thank you all for ur help!!

I go to NAPA for all my auto parts needs. Way better than Advanced or Auto Zone. Mainly because the employees are educated and don't sell you the wrong parts. I also like their rewards system.
