Extremely happy with the service they provided me. My battery died and they sent someone over to give me a jump and then swapped the battery for me.

They did an excellent job replacing my car’s headlight bulb. Kudos to Madlin and the other technician at the shop for getting the job done efficiently

I went there to get a front light for my car and i walked in to, what I call “ heavenly realm”. Madeline, Dan and Alex. Madeline literally put her gorgeous hand inside to get the old light out and broke her beautiful nails and didn’t even flinch. She is an “ Earth Angel” then Alex came outside to continue helping with the light and inside I spoke to Dan and I just can’t believe how helpful and beautiful these young people are. If you go there I’m sure you will be delighted and amazed as I was how helpful and full of life they are…. Thank you 🙏

Nick greeted and assisted us right when we walked in. He was able to do a battery check and see if the battery was within my warranty. In and out with in battery replacement within 15 minutes. Thanks Nick!

Madeline helped me install my windshield wipers. Very nice!

Wouldn't let me make a return with no receipt even though there is a record of the purchase, as a member. I wasn't given a receipt because they were out of paper. I'm done with Auto Zone. Not the first problem I've had.

I can’t say enough about this Auto Zone… while traveling on my twins birthday back home an hour away…my undercarriage came half way off and the noise was terrifying my Autistic daughter. Pulled off the highway into this store and David H. And Jay came to the rescue!!! Not only that.. we left the store and got 20 min down the highway and noticed my daughter left her IPad outside.. I called..they went and found it and secured it until I could go back and get it! 5 stars is all I can give but 10 star service!! Praise God for you gentleman!!

I've been meaning to write this review for over a month so you know it's been on my mind. The assistant manager is so nice I went in for wiper and fluid he took me to the whipers and helped me pick them out and he put them on my car and poured the wiper fluid. Im an old lady and my husband who's passed did all of that for me. Just wanted to show my appreciation because I don't have anyone to do things like that for me anymore. His kind gesture has been on my heart ever since. Thank you

David H. assisted me with my front passenger windshield wiper. Absolutely amazing energy! I went to 3 different places and they could not find a blade that fit. He did not stop until he solved the problem!

Big shout out to Clay for helping us out of a difficult situation last night. Battery light on, and car died within blocks of the Vernon AutoZone. Clay offered to drive out to assist and figured to bring battery as turns out alternator was also dead. He stayed well after closing to do a battery, starter and alternator check, replace the battery and make recommendations for an alternator to be put in. Clay's thoughtful and expert assistance went above and beyond and was so much appreciated. It put Autozone on the map for me and I will spread the word. Thank you Clay!!!

Went into auto zone to get my battery replaced. Was helped out by a gentleman named Oscar who was extremely helpful recommend a good battery and made me aware of the fact they could instal it for free. Overall made the situation easy and less of a hassle and saved me time.

Went in to purchase windshield washer fluid. At checkout, the cashier notified me that it was on sale for 2 for $10, so I grabbed a second. Total turned out to be full price - when I asked the cashier he blamed it on taxes, where the receipt clearly showed otherwise. Due to the lack of honesty from personnel, I gave a poor review.

I didn’t catch his name but the gentleman who assisted me with both the purchase and installation of a car battery on 12/5 around 3PM was extremely kind. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. I appreciated his help and friendly service!

Mike D was awesome. Super friendly and quick. Gave me tips to clean the acid off from my battery terminals and also installed a new battery for me! Couldn't thank you enough. Battery prices was comparable to other places I called.

We had the same part fail twice within a very short time period. The original part was under warranty but we were not interested in putting on another part that might break and wanted to upgrade. We went to our local autozone who didn't have the new part and they sent us to the Vernon store. At Vernon, Javi and Ryan were very helpful and were able to return the old part and put the price toward the new part. Very helpful and great service!

I needed 2 rivet clips for the fender trim on my Jeep and even took the trim piece with me into the store. I stood in front of the occupied counter while the employee played on his phone for a few min before asking what I needed. I told him and he pointed to the row where the parts were displayed. There were hundreds of the little plastic clips and rivets but I looked for a while before going back to the desk where he was still playing on his phone and ask if he would be able to tell me which was the correct piece for my need. He huffed before saying "I won't know" to which I replied 'never mind then, I'm sorry I asked'. He mumbled something and went back to his phone. I continued to look for a few more minutes but gave up and left. Another employee saw and heard this whole exchange and he looked embarrassed at his coworkers behavior but said nothing. Who knows, maybe the ignorant/rude person was the manager and the employee dared not speak up. I have been to this store before and had very good and friendly service but I will NEVER be back.

The staff was very helpful with the battery that we were told needed to be replaced after the vehicle was tested showed failed need new battery. We left to see if we could solve the issue with a warranty or without paying $300-$460 just for the cost of the battery alone no labor. After bringing it home I checked to see if the components needed to be cleaned off & the vehicle has been running properly ever since. The rep did suggest we tried this first to save us money.

Joe was awesome! Courteous, helpful, and went above and beyond when he helped me change my car battery and air filter and we found a mouse nest in there. Could not be happier with his assistance! Will definitely go back.

I had a head light out with a very difficult procedure, and so thank Joe for taking the time to help me with this! He deserves a raise! He also replaced my windshield wipers and got me the best deal. I appreciate everything he did for me as it was difficult for myself to do so. Thank you so much 10/10 recommended!
