Terrible customer service ! Scott the “sales person” for the cars wouldn’t even wiggle $300 off of a $3500+ purchase of a 2013 Honda accord . 278,000 miles car is 22,000 miles off from 300,000 . Told him multiple times I didn’t need for them to register the car yet hes trying to insist he has to charge me a “dealer” fee and a “shop fee” lol in a car almost 14 years old . regardless of it being an Honda car is liable to give out at any given second , the reviews prove their word isn’t creditable nor do they care about their customers ! Ruined a potential customer from spending his money , they offer junk cars from the reviews then everyone has problems with it sooner or later . They sell lemons to get your money then offer a no warranty clause or make you pay for them to even see what the issue is on the car . Glad Scott saved me the headache , he’s actually more dumb than he sounds . How do you post a car for $3400 then try to scam the customer out of extra hundreds in “fees” that should be illegal ! No wonder the cars are sitting for months at a time , the Facebook page they post the cars on has nothing but bad reviews also . People with similar experiences and even worse . Do yourself a favor and stay FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE . They don’t deserve anyone’s hard earned money & they aren’t worth the headache .
This is first time I got a car from Mill Street Auto Sales. Price wise it is okay. The manager Mr Scott is a veteran and nice man , provides fantastic customer service, he is a one man army, doing paperwork work, showing that car along with test drive and on the top of it he drove down to my house since I was being scared to drive new cars
They towed my car from a roll over. They told me I was getting a deal for 500 to get my stuff out. Only to find out from a phone conversation they were making there money back from the tools in the car never mind the rims. They are choochs and scammers.

Drove an hour to this dealership on 1/25/25 for a car listed with 0 issues. 2009 Ford focus with 91k miles.
Walked away due to them not being honest and acting surprised about the tissues that were very easily identified while driving. Needed an alignment, sway bar links or front end work for clunking over bumps, and engine was super kid and shaking the whole car. Wasted 3 hours for no reason.
The individual was nice but c'mon it's 2025> stop being sleezy dealerships and be honest with the cars you sell.
We got a car from them knowing that all they sell is high mileage older cars with no warranty. We treated it like buying from a private sell. We had a scanner with us highly recommend it it thinking of buying from them.
They must have cleared the codes it had none .
2 days after buying it codes for misfire so I did all the plugs and coils $375.
Next day timing belt had to be done $1,000.00
I still have to do struts and shocks and breaks for my car, then I will have a nice car.
Next time I will spend 3k more and not have to do as much so soon.
I bought a 2010 Hyundai Elantra here on 10/10/24. I’ve only had it for 2 months. I only drove 2300 miles on it until it stopped working and left me stranded. My Grandmother purchased this car for me so i’d have something reliable to take her back and forth to her Chemotherapy appointments.
The clutch went out due to a major oil leak from the rear main seal leaking into it. (It also had other oil leaks from the Cam seal and crank seals, they were unnoticed because they sit under the timing cover)
The Harmonic balancer on the car was so off balance that it ate into the timing cover and ate chunks out of the timing belt. (Still drove, but needed the timing belt replaced)
The front left control arm bushing is ripped out of the control arm, causing it to swerve violently when I brake hard.
Since I bought this car I haven’t able to drive more than 70mph on the highway or else it would shake violently (it needed tie rods)
My main issue is the clutch that went out. My mechanic stated the rear main seal soaked the inside of the transmission, which blew the clutch. Nothing I could’ve caused or prevented.
I informed the dealer and he just said that oil leaks would’ve been noticeable on the ground. The oil leaked INTO the transmission and the timing covers, making it unnoticeable.
I’ve had to replace ALL of these parts so far…
The clutch, flywheel, Timing belt, Valve cover gasket, tie rods, spark plugs(oil soaked), sway bar links & bushings, harmonic balancer, steering coupler(it was shredded, making the steering wheel have a delay) , crank seal, cam seal, rear main seal, slave cylinder, valve cover gasket, spark plug tube seals and the 3rd brake light.- I the have receipts for everything that’s gotten replaced.
My Grandmother feels horrible and so do I. Dealership won’t cover anything 😭
Got a car from there in March 2024, the driveshaft went within 2 weeks along with other problems. When we called they offered to take a look and wanted to charge us $600 to fix it. Nope not paying for something that was already messed up. Would not recommend

Run don't walk away! I bought a car from them. Broke down in two weeks with a bad ignition switch. 600.00. Then the right rear fenderwell collapsed sending the shock inside
Kept breaking down! I didn't get six months before it was not road worth
They wouldn't help get me into something different. Sold it to the scrap yard for ten cents on the dollar.
