These guys are running around with their heads cut off. Poor customer service at store and major ego as well. Go to autozone or advanced auto parts. Better service.
I went to the auto parts store today and I have to say, I was pretty impressed. The employees were super helpful and knowledgeable about all the different parts I needed for my car. They even had a bunch of stuff on clearance, which was great because I'm on a budget.
But then something strange happened. As I was browsing the aisles, I started to feel a little dizzy. I don't know if it was the fluorescent lighting or the smell of engine oil, but suddenly everything felt a little off. I had to sit down for a minute to clear my head.
When I stood up, I noticed that the store seemed to be rearranging itself. Aisles were shifting and moving, and I couldn't find anything I was looking for. It was like I was stuck in some kind of weird, auto parts-themed maze.
I tried to ask an employee for help, but they just stared at me blankly and started talking about spark plugs in a language I couldn't understand. I was starting to get worried.
Suddenly, the store seemed to disappear altogether, and I found myself standing in a field of tall grass. I looked around, confused and disoriented, when I saw a group of people dressed in togas approaching me. They seemed to be chanting something about "the goddess of automobiles" and I had no idea what was going on.
I guess I must have passed out or something, because the next thing I knew, I was back in the auto parts store and everything seemed normal again. I quickly grabbed the parts I needed and got out of there as fast as I could.
Overall, the auto parts store was great, but that weird hallucination really threw me off. I'll probably stick to online shopping from now on.
I usually buy parts here until today. I bought part for my car but they just have one side. I called to the Dealer to check if they have. For my surprise the dealer had the part for 1/3 of the price. I attached the receipt.
I order parts from Napa nearly every day and these men are the best. Ryan and Travis are great. Travis brought me a part that I really needed and he did it on his own time, not being paid by Napa for rising above and beyond the call of duty. Please understand these men have little time to waste so make sure you have answers to all the questions they may expect you to answer. Tom, the manager, is very knowledgeable. Do not make him wait for answers to questions that are important. Make sure you know the year, make and model of the car and the size of the engine in liters before calling. Walk in 2 employees behind counter on the phone I pace back and forth for a couple of minutes I thought one will at least say ill be with you in a minute minute or ask what I'm looking for and direct me where to go. Didn't happen so I was going through the isles what I saw was unorganized shelves and not so clean.
Extremely reliable and dependable. Rebuilding an 1999 Jeep Cherokee Classic and finding all the parts here. Good for newer vehicles, too! I never go anywhere else.
Went here twice within the last week: once for a new battery, second time to get the $5 charge back for returning my old battery.
Both times, multiple employees behind the counter were not wearing masks while in close contact with each other and while helping customers.
On top of that, both times, I witnessed phone conversations where the employees were loudly using expletives, in full earshot of customers in the store.
Totally unprofessional place, I will not be going back.
We had a serious issue with our car dolly when doing from Florida to Maine. We stopped off here to purchase parts to fix and realized we had a mich bigger problem. I think we spoke to most of the staff that works here at one point or another, they were all very nice and went above and beyond to help us get back on the road!
Worst place ever. Went there to buy DEF fluid and the guy who assists me said that fluid for a diesel motor does not exist and just ignore me. Never come back to this place anymore. After this bad experience i went to Levine where they were very gentill with me.
Unfriendly staff,ignored me when I tried to apply for a job. The arrogant attitudes is a major turnoff,haven't been back,there are other car places to shop,thank you. Oh yeah,I found a job btw,no thanks to you guys,lol.
The staff was great. The locations has ample parking. I called ahead of time and when I got there my parts were already pulled out. Tom check to make I had everything I needed. He even offered to carry the part to my vehicle. Of you're looking for great service and awesome staff. This is the right place to go.
