My '22 Civic was struck at low speed by a Ford F-250 in the passenger rear quarter panel. The quote I received was right in the middle, but the service was extraordinary. It was estimated to be about a 10 business day stay in the shop, and that is what it was. They work with Enterprise, so the rental vehicle was waiting when I dropped off my car. The paint work was exceptional. Pearlescent White is a pain in the butt to match, but it's perfect. No orange peel. My car was returned to me cleaner than when I dropped it off--detailed, it looked marvelous! Great Job Guys!

The guys at Putnams are absolutely awesome! They answered all questions and concerns I had throughout the entire process and got the work done in half the time they originally thought it would take! They were excellent at keeping me informed through the entire process and they even beautifully detail my car inside and out after the work was done! Again, these guys did an amazing job and I’d recommend them to anyone who needs to get work done!!

Excellent service, quoted price is what I was charged. Car looks brand new and they even detailed the inside. Would highly recommend. Price was better than most area shops by quite a bit.

I've been to a lot of body shops but this one, recommended to me by a friend, really took it to the next level. They are so friendly, they kept in touch with constant updates, and helped get me into a rental car at a discount. They told me about a week and just before the end of the week, they said they wanted to redo the paint in a spot because they didn't like the yellow in it. Me, i might not have noticed totally as my eyes don't always see the slight colors but they re did it. Because my vehicle is orange it's one of the hardest to do because there's 8 different oranges and it's extremely hard to figure which one and not only that but to match it up after years of sun wear. I got my truck back within the 7 days they promised and I can't even tell it was painted. Looks amazing and they cleaned up my truck too with a little detailing. Love it. You need to go here and work with these guys you won't be disappointed. This is my new body shop forever.

Thought my car would never be the same after my accident but these guys are miracle workers! The quality of work and attention to detail is outstanding. They left my car better than when it left the dealership when I first bought it! And the customer service from Pedro, Alan and Johan is unmatched. They were always happy to provide an update and helped set up my rental car.

So happy I went with Putnam for my car repair. Pedro was awesome and super nice, I got my car back earlier than they estimated, and the work they did was perfect. They even cleaned my whole car which was really nice. I had a small issue as I was on my way home, called the shop and they had me come right back and fixed the issue in 5 minutes. Definitely would recommend and I’ll be coming here if I ever need body work done again!

I was very pleased with the service at Putnam automotive. I have worked with Alan in the past and he has been kind and extremely efficient. Any of the staff I have encountered there have been polite and wonderful representatives for the business. My repairs were completed in 2 days and my car looks like new. If I ever need any body work on my car again (hopefully not!). I will definitely take my business there

The last thing you need when your car gets hit or you get into an accident is to be stressed about your repairs. These guys really know the business on all fronts. Alan and Pedro are rockstar estimators, who can sometimes give you accurate ballpark figures from simple pictures. The paint jobs and body work are second to none (no orange peel). Finally, the mechanical work is professional and done right without shortcuts. Don’t second guess it, just choose Putnam Automotive.

Got into a car accident last month and decided to go with Putnam Auto Group for the repairs and I couldn’t be more happy with the results. I was told it would take a week but got my car back in 4 days! The staff is also extremely friendly and helpful! Amazing experience overall, definitely would recommend!

They are nice but I had to come back for something that was supposed to be fixed, my husband notice it, I sent an email with video and never got an answer. I called the next day and they said to come back, so I did a few days later due to my work schedule, they fixed my issue but it should have been taken care the first time, if my husband didn’t check the work done I would have not found out. I could see they were annoyed when I came back, but I had to make sure my car was fixed completely.

My vehicle was brought there late march early April I did not receive my vehicle back until the beginning of July and the only reason I got it back was because I was having it shipped. The shop did not update me on my vehicle at all, I had to call to get updates. I had to order my own parts because they did not know what to order, I also had to find my own frame for my vehicle. My new frame sat outside next to my old frame for a good month. I would check on my vehicle weekly and saw nothing was being moved from my old frame to the new frame but they assured me work was being done. Nothing was done and for a good 3 days the employee that was working on the frame was sick. You would think a shop this size would have another employee they could put on the project. After I got it back I had to keep sending it back, my steering wasn't right, the vehicle would lose power completely and turn off. Now its over a year later and I'm still fixing problems they cause. When I got it back I had no nuts on my motor mounts, one bolt on my slave cylinder, and my steering wheel is upside down because they put in a faulty power steering box. Still looking at my vehicle with a brand new frame, my hood is not aligned correctly it has a giant gap at the fender on the cowl. My grill is crooked and I can not access my sway bar bolts. They did not go over this vehicle the way the should have to make sure it was ready to give to the customer. They had to send it out to EVB in Danbury to fix their mistakes. EVB did an amazing job fixing some of them and if it could have stayed there longer everything would have been perfect. I will never go back to this place or recommend them to anyone.

My car was in a bad accident. With a lot of damage to the front, back and passenger side. Due to insurance purposes, Putnam had my car for about a month during repair. I got the car back in pristine condition, I’m so happy with their work and they have a lifetime guarantee. The staff is amazing. I felt like I always bothered them. Lol but everybody I spoke to was super professional super helpful and I definitely felt at ease leaving my car in their hands. I had a great experience and I am more than happy to give these guys five stars. !!

Just picked my car up today and I'm so happy with the results! I had a minor incident and needed a little body work and paint and my car looks great! Took about a week but their partnership with enterprise made things easy. Just be prepared to have enterprise take a while if you're there first thing. Not only does my car look fantastic but it's cleaner than when I left, they even found $6 under a seat and put it where I'd find it easily. Very impressed with their communication and customer service as well, highly recommend.

I am so pleased with the work performed on my car. It looks brand new. They also did work on my Dad’s car too. Pedro and Allan really went above and beyond to make sure my car wasn’t a total loss. It came pretty close, but they pulled a miracle. It was nice and shiny when I picked up the car. Some body shops do not take their time. Then return the vehicles back a mess. I’ve had bad experiences with past shops. They had my car a couple weeks, which is fine. They took their time. They also started on the car like almost the next day. Sometimes you have to make an appointment I’m advance if their busy. So I got lucky. I’m grateful. Thank you again. I’ve added the before and after. These technicians are very experienced and do great work.

I can't say enough how amazing this place is. My Audi got damaged and nobody would fit me in their schedule. This was the last place I had to call and they fit me in even though they were so busy. The work they did was amazing, it was done fast and they were very thorough and found everything that was wrong. I will definitely come here again for any autobody needs!!!!

Pedro and the staff has taken care of me a couple of times due to accidents that others have caused. Their work has repaired my vehicles to like new condition at a reasonable price. The work gets completed on time. I would use again if needed.

I brought my car in to have rear bumper repaired and roof repainted - they were courteous and polite with estimate and arranging the rental car. That's where the good service ended. The damage was not extensive by any means but it took almost a month! No idea what the delay was about - every time I called they said it would be ready the middle of the following week. When I finally go the car back - I had to reattach the antenna, which now only picks up 2 stations, the decals were put back on wrong (says 230 not 320), there are additional scratches in several spots, there are electrical issues bc the windshield was put back in and pinched wires(cost me $300 so far to repair and not all fixed yet), the interior was a mess from sanding, 2 rear bulbs were blown. Will never use or recommend these guys.

I went in to get the right side bumper of my 2018 Toyota Highlander fixed since it got scratched by my stonewall as I was backing up. There was also a tiny scratch that was barely noticeable and I didn't get it fixed. They were kind and took the car in right away. When I went to pick up my car; however, I noticed RIGHT AWAY there was a new dent and new scratches on the middle part of the bumper which WAS NOT THERE BEFORE. I got my car two months ago and I pay attention to detail. I asked the employee what happened and all he knew what to tell me was that it was already there. I told them they should take responsibility for what they have done and they kept saying it wasn't their fault. This new dent they created costs another $450 to fix, a dent that I DID NOT DO!!!! I told them I did not have money to fix something I did not do and they told me that I would be able to fix it in the future. How am I going to pay for their carelessness? They should be more careful & honest. If anyone decides to get their service at this place, make sure to take a picture of your car in case this happens to you! Personally, I would never go back and I learned my lesson as well to always take pictures before leaving my car at a “trusted” place. Extremely upset!!!!

Had my car repaired back in APR, 2018. Pedro & John were very helpful and I couldn't be more pleased with their work. Very professional and excellent work. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for autobody repairs. The car looks brand new. Thank you!

These guys are extremely nice and know what they are doing. Quick, no nonsense, and my car looked great after they did the body work. They even cleaned my car, and fixed some random broken things (a banged up license plate, etc) When I picked up my car, It looked brand new. Highly recommended.

Someone hit our car damaging the front bumper cover front tie rods destroying two rims and tires also the back bumper cover and the car was undrivable this body shop fixed the car up painted it and look like it just came off the showroom floor! Shined up and detailed vacuumed and tires and wheels polished. Not the only good experience we've had we also had another car that was rear ended and the other car was perfect and detailed too. Only body shop i would use even though we live over 50 miles away it is well worth it as we have family in danbury anyway.

Just got my car back, The paint job came out extreamly amazing! It was mouth opening. I would recommend this shop to anyone. It's Clean, Has great service with polite people and the price is fair.
