1st and last time I will ever be going to this location!
So, I noticed my car was slow cranking when I proceed to start it. I figured it had to be my battery- which was going on 7 years old & my alternator had been replaced 3 years ago.
I drive down to this location, explained the slow cranking & age of battery. The worker says “ I can test the Battery, charging system etc.” When the testing was finished, he said “ Battery , alternator etc is testing good. The battery probably needs a good recharge- maybe taking a long drive.” I guess I should have trusted my instincts, he didn’t show me the test results. ?
Being a woman & not knowing much about cars, I googled average age for car batteries: 3-5 years. I ended up buying a $100 Schumacher Battery Charger & Jumper from there. Went home, recharged the battery & by the following weekend battery was dead again!
So, I just want to say- not only did I spend money on a battery charger, what bothers me the most is: My time wasted to charge a Dead Battery & inconvenience could have been prevented if there had been competent & knowledgeable people who worked there!
Needless to say, I ended up going to a different place and the worker didn’t even think twice, considering the age of the battery - he installed a new one!

Trust your instincts, if something seems off- go elsewhere!
First let me start off by saying I didn't believe they were opened before 8am. Second the young man who waited on me was very helpful and courteous. My issue was solved without hassell and I was to make it to work on time. Third I just wanted to say again thank you very much! That made a great start to the day. Happy Thanksgiving guys! You know who you are!???
On Saturday, July 05, 2025, around 7 p.m. the temperature gauge was fluctuating strangely. And of course, being a Saturday evening, my garage wasn't open. So, I went to the closest auto parts store which was O'Reilly's on White Street. I walked in the door, and James greeted me and when I told him my issue, he was completely reassuring and very patient. It turned out that my coolant was very low. So, I purchased the correct brand for my vehicle, and James was kind enough to open the bottle, and even used a funnel to put the coolant in for me.
Thank you, James, for making my anxiety disappear. You ROCK!
Had a great encounter as a customer at this particular location, Needed some Lug nuts for a vehicle I had traded in. Only 6 were in stock at this store. Someone at the front desk attended to me over the phone and went above and beyond to find me the rest I needed at another store. I needed 20. Then, they were nice enough to drop it off at Todd Maseratti, where it was needed with no additional charges. The parts made it on time. This store saved me a lot of time and money. Thanks O’Reilly!
I visited O’Reillys yesterday in search of LED headlights for my Subaru. This was a second attempt after visiting another auto parts store, which couldn’t find the right lights for my vehicle. I explained my dilemma to Jay. He found the headlights, but they didn’t fit. He looked at the bulb that I had and realized that it was an aftermarket retrofit for the vehicle. He suggested trying another light that they had in stock. It worked!!! Thanks to Jay for his professionalism and personal service. I will be visiting this O’Reilly location again.
