The check engine light was on for months on my 2017 Kia Sportage. They were the ones who figured out what was ACTUALLY wrong and fixed it.

Mark calls to explain the problem. He also has a very close estimate of cost. I also like the Grand Prix key drop box, so I can leave the car at any time.

Absolutely honest and reasonably priced. I travel over an hour to service our family’s cars at Grand Prix. I wouldn’t go anyplace else.

Couldn't have been better from start to finish. Jarett was awesome; answered the phone right away, was friendly, easygoing, clear, and made it all easy. Easy to find, easy parking, great waiting area with free coffee and tea, a tv, and he kept me advised while I waited (my choice). Couldn't ask for a better experience---they take all kinds of credit cards, give clear and detailed bills, and are proactive with advice about your car for the future. Reasonably priced. Took my travel van to Grand Prix to have front end looked at on recommendation from Townfair Tire after I put new tires on as I was going out of town next day. They got me right in, checked everything out but could not find any issues, no charge, asked me to keep him in mind on any future needs… definitely will.

They are friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Their prices are competitive with repair cost in CT. A friend recommended them to me and I'm so glad I went. Dealing with Mark at Gran Prix is a breeze. I'm so happy I made the switch.

Called to confirm I had an appointment that I made via the website. The gentleman who answered said there was issues with the website but was able to schedule me for the same time. I had a check engine light light on that I knew what the engine code was but could not figure out how to fix since it could of been one of many issues. The Ford dealership wanted $180 just to diagnostic the issue. I dropped the car off at 8 am and by 9:30 am they had already figured out that the issue was due to faulty wiring under the car. They gave an estimate of $275-$300, which was around what I expected to pay for this. I happily gave the OK to proceed with the repairs. I was able to get the car back the same day at 4:45 PM with a final cost of $304. I highly recommend Grand Prix due to their efficiency and fair pricing.

I had a great experience with them. They took care of all the services my car needed. The pricing was fair and transparent, with no unnecessary upsells. The waiting room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, plus they offer free Wi-Fi, which made the wait much more convenient. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic!

My experience with Grand Prix Motors has always been outstanding in all aspects. Also the only place to go for chassis/ alignment service. Julian Val is the best around.

My transmission died on the road, and in a bad location. Matt from Grand Prix Motors was there, and got the van back to my shop in less than 45 minutes from when I placed the initial call. If the ratings went to 10 stars, he'd get that rating from me! Thanks again for awesome service!

Grand Prix installed a new battery in my 2010 CR-V in about a hal-hour while I waited. Quick, competent service at a fair price. Will definitely go back to have the clutch replaced in our 2008 Honda Fit.

Had an excellent experience with Grand Prix Motors. I had an unexpected issue with my vehicle. I'm a first time service customer of their's. I contacted their front man Mark and requested that they pick up my vehicle and take it to their service center. Within two hours in the afternoon, they sent a flatbed, picked the vehicle up and brought it to their shop. Mark confirmed that they would analyze the issue in the morning and call us back with their analysis. Long story short; Mark contacted us I the following morning as he stated, provided their analysis and the cost to make the repairs. Upon his detailed estimate, we asked that they proceed. Mark immediately ordered the necessary parts and stayed that they would get right on it. He estimated that he believed they could complete the repairs by the end of the day. By early afternoon, the repaired were completed and we were able to pick the vehicle up. We're very pleased with how they handled everything professionally from fkatbedding the vehicle, to providing an accurate estimate, and finally making the repairs. Overall it was a very positive experience!

Marc and his team at Grand Prix continue to be the very best in the business. There is no reason to bring your vehicle anywhere else. Whether it be an oil change, check-up, alignment, or a major repair job, you will get work that is precise, perfectly done, at a fair and honest price, and be treated with courtesy and respect. The only work ever performed is that which is needed. My daughter drove almost an hour from Milford yesterday for an oil change and tires. As she drives a lot of miles for her job, neither she or I would trust anyone else to touch her vehicle. One day before, I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and brake repairs. As he has done over many years with all of our family's cars, Marc and his crew delivered outstanding service at a reasonable price and with a quick turnaround. Do yourself a huge favor and go to Grand Prix Motors.

I love these guys. Mark is great. Very honest, professional mechanics. There is no pushing to repair things that aren't necessary. They let you know what needs to be done and what repairs they see might be necessary in the future. The prices are good. I definitely will continue to use these guys to fix my car.
