Saved my butt! Literally! My strut bolts were loose and I thought it was a tire problem (which that was an issue as well) they’ve also helped me with other cars in the past and they always are fast, great price and kind! They also explain things very well so it’s easy to understand! Thank you so much for your help!!!!

I took my car in for an oil change and 100,000 mile service. The next morning I had a big oil puddle under my car. This car has never leaked oil before. It also runs pretty rough. It had not done that before either. I took it to the dealer and it was $1,900 to have it fixed. The dealer told me the transmission fluid level was severely low causing the rough run. The fluid in the coolant lines was unidentifiable and definitely incorrect and the oil filter was leaking. Don't take you vehicle to this location.
Cannot thank you enough!! I blew out a tire on my way home from work and showed up 20 minutes before closing. I never felt rushed or got an attitude and they stayed late to help me. I purchased 4 new tires at an amazing price and was on my way. If I could give 10 stars I would!!

Awesome job, just dropped in for alignment of my Subaru Forester. From Google only I find them, gave a call got an appointment for the day itself. Well attended by Roy. Done the job without much wait. Had taken Firestone Lifetime Alignment pack, worth it & also got $20 discount.
I’ve been going to Firestone in Danbury for many years, and the service has always been excellent. The staff is consistently polite and professional, whether I’m calling or stopping in. Whenever an urgent issue comes up, they’re quick to help and always do their best to accommodate my needs. Highly recommend!
Really nice guys here! They did the diagnosis on my car and let me come back the next day to figure out what exactly the issue is. Steven was really chill and was super helpful, really nice guy!
However, I fixed the issue that they diagnosed for my check engine light. They told me I needed to change my valve cover gasket and my o2 sensors which I did with another shop as they quoted for around 1900 to fix all my issues.
Once I fixed the issues, my check engine light came back on. So their diagnosis was not correct.
They’re nice guys but they weren’t able to find the root of the issue. They also did upsell me on a tire replacement as well. They told me that my car wasn’t safe to drive with the tire so spent around 100-125$ to change 1 tire.
I don’t know if it was necessary now because they couldn’t fix the check engine light issue but it is what it is. Shop for mechanic shops with caution.
Roy is always very helpful with diagnosing my car. He’s helped me and my family for a very long time. I love the work this place does. I highly recommend coming here for work on your car.
I came in with a flat tire caused by a large screw. They were able to repair it quickly and also performed a full inspection on my car. Excellent customer service!
