I've never had such an easy car purchasing experience. Reggie was awesome and didnt pressure me. I told them I was not willing to go over $400 for my monthly. I told them "not $401, not $404... $400." They came back with the exact offer for my trade as KBB said was fair, no haggling. And the first finance sheet they showed me for $400 on the dot. I'd absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Suburu.
This is the most unprofessional organization I have ever dealt with. I had spoken to their sales rep and manager for a week regarding a used vehicle. Told them I was going to get the car and was going to make the 4.5 hour trip to them and spend the night in the area. Spoke to them every day leading up to the day of travel. The morning of the purchase day, I emailed and text them I was on the way at 6am. Arrived at the dealership and was told, the vehicle was just sold!!!! They never once tried calling me or even asked if I was on the way! We even discussed the finances and they knew I was bringing cash as well as financing through them a small portion. What was their response? They said they were required by law to sell the vehicle because they did not pull it off the lot. Kevin and Rob were very unprofessional and all Kevin said he could do is, pay for my gas!!! Worked out though because I found a newer one with less miles and lower price with a single owner. Guess the Lord works in mysterious ways. I would never recommend this place!!!!!!
Fortunately, I have all the emails and text messages for the Better Business Bureau and the DMV complaint. Spoke to a lawyer who represents a dealership and was advised there is legal merit for the complaint.

Dealer was not willing to negotiate the price at all. Maybe they are another carmax. I came in with my own financing pre approved and all. I showed them other deals within 50 miles radius for the same exact car, they said they couldn't do anything about it. Don't know if they thought I needed a man to buy the car, maybe they're not used to dealing with a woman. Very disappointed and a machismo culture. Go somewhere else.

Both of them are friendly, accomodating, and professional. Heath worked with me to get the deal that I want and he made it happen. He made me and my family really happy and excited that weβre driving home the Ascent that we really want!! Test drove a vehicle and liked it. Went in to negotiate based on the MSPR on the window sticker. When I got inside, they added a $5,000 "market rate adjustment" to the price. This is a bait and switch and soured me on the brand and the dealer. I think market rate adjustments in general are a scam, but at least other dealers I've visited put those on the window sticker so the potential buyer is aware they are getting gouged up front. Wonder how that markup will work when the tariffs hit?
I traveled about 2 hours after seeing a car online at this dealership. They were able to work out a deal over the phone & when I arrived there was no surprises! I test drove the car, it was exactly what I was looking for, after a short wait the brought my fiance & I to the car with a big bow! A perfect touch after so much searching & bad experiences at other dealerships.
I just went to test drive the new Forester and told that unless I had the intent to purchase the vehicle, I could not test drive. The manager also claimed that they were charging $5,000 above the sticker price for the vehicle. Very poor customer relations. I was a previous customer.
