These people are incredible. My engine check light came on 300 miles from my home iand they were able to pull the diagnostic code at no charge. Helped me add oil to my car. Even loaned me a funnel. Wow! That is outstanding!
Reason I don’t give them 1 star is cuz everyone else is great.. however I ordered 2 bushings only got 1 and when I asked him if there was 2 he pointed at the box saying there was only one… hello look at the receipts it shows I ordered 2.. he ordered me another on and when I asked what time it will be in he responded “late evening” ok what time is that? Anyways I was here at 5pm..
I buy all my car batteries and motor oil as well as oil filters at this location. The staff always gets it right and is very helpful. If there is a mistake, they fix it right away highly recommend.
This place is just like home. You walk in and you’re already comfortable. Both employees there on 09/26/22 really showed me all their work efforts. I loved how patient they were. Store is clean, fresh, and fully stocked. Great customer service and great smart employees! I am coming back ok!
The guy that helped me was nice, knowledgeable & seemed to genuinely care about making sure I was getting the correct parts that I needed to fix my car. I only shop at O'Reilly Auto Parts because I know, which ever store I am at, they hired a Danny Rogers that is ready to help you have the best car part experience you can.
Took two rotors and a flywheel in to get resurfaced. Despite using the same exact machine and process to resurface rotors, the staff refused to re-machine my flywheel (keep in mind they offer the service on their website). Anyways, they told me it was going to take an hour to resurface two rotors which immediately set off red flags because the store was completely empty and the job would maybe take 20 minutes tops at any other machine shop with a lathe. I'm a pretty patient guy but in the end, I waited almost 3 hours for a simple job that would've been done at NAPA or an independent shop in a quarter of the time. Not cool.
Knowledgable sales person. Walked me thru the options for replacing my car battery. He took the time to explain that my battery had a ventilation hole on each side of the battery and made sure to point out that there was a plastic part of the battery node cover that was to be removed and placed in the unused ventilation port. Great service! Thank you!
I had a great experience here today with an employee named Melissa. I had two burnt out lights all on the same side and first we thought that we had a bad fuse. Turns out we had to replace both the bulbs and that they burned out at the same time. She helped me remove the light fixture thing and replace the bulbs with me. I’m not great with cars and she was very patient and kind. Melissa is amazing!
