  So grateful for this Autozone! I came in today to replace my own cars wiper blades as well as my boyfriends. Not only did they steer me in the right direction as to what to buy. They also installed them and taught me how to do it myself for in the future. Brad was very helpful and friendly. I’ll be coming back here for any parts or services!

  Went in to buy replacement windshield blades. Got home to install and the instructions were horrible. The blades I purchased didn't have the same built in locking clip. The new ones had some sort of plastic clip which was separate from the blades. After a bunch of You Tubes which were no help, and no instructions on the package, I headed back to Auto Zone for help. Brad was extremely helpful and never made me feel like less of a man for not figuring it out, cause you know... our egos and all. Brad had them installed in a flash and I learned that those clips were not needed. Who knew? Brad knew. Professional in every way. Thanks Brad

  Came in for new windshield wipers, got helped right away! Brad showed me the different options at different price points, and came out to the car to help me install them. Really appreciated him taking the time to reach me how to do it myself!

  I asked for some help with windshield wipers. A VERY red-eyed associate spent 3 minutes glazing over a screen And I eventually gave up and just googled it. The employee who rang me up didn't say anything to me until my wife asked him a question. He never looked at us, gave us a flippant response about the side of the car doesn't matter, just the size. No "please or thank you". Just rude, stoned, unhelpful people. I'll drive 5 minutes to the next store next time. Pass this place up if you need any kind of help.

  I need two, just two zip ties, the young man in gray shirt with the blond hair was nice enough to give me two zip ties he already had. Yes, he could have sold me a whole bag of 1,000 zip ties and made AutoZone $5.00 but for that act of service and understanding he has made a life long customer. AutoZone. You will now be my main supplier for my 10 garages.

  Rory at the Newbury Park store was absolutely the best. I called two AutoZone stores in Simi Valley before calling the Newbury Park store. Rory went the extra mile to help me and instead of frustrating me like the other stores did, he was nice and really helpful. Excellent customer service!! Rory should manage the store. He’s amazing! Thank you Rory. I appreciated everything you did to help me.

  I always walk in there completely respectful, Im a reserved, pretty quiet, to my self kind of guy, anyone that knows me will say that, but every time I walk into this store its like I am SUCH a burden for stepping into this place, like they are always so annoyed that they have to speak to a customer and they have so much going on that how dare I ask a question. I have a neighbor that actually said the exact same thing, he refuses to set foot in there now, like me. They sure know how to make people feel uncomfortable here. Not to mention their prices for anything at all are just so inflated it really forces people to just go to Amazon. I mean ... at least just have a reasonable fair markup, but at least double the price for most things, or literally 8 - 13x the price is ... a bit crazy!

  I should've read the reviews before I stepped into this place. There was no greeting when I walked through the door. All of the associates were talking to each other. I was the only one in the store. Similar to the other reviews, its like a burden when you walk into an Auto Zone and ask for assistance.

  Sooo I can’t convey how awesome G-Money and Jose are at this location!…. Not only did they stay after hours when I showed up (like an A-Hole) as they were closing…. They weren’t pushing they couldn’t have been nicer!… I will gladly come back and reccomend anybody who enjoys the good ol days of when great customer service was a thing…. Thanks for everything guys!
