  I took my highly modified lowered 2005 Ford escape hybrid to Preferred Auto Center they did an amazing job. They took great care of not scratching any of the paint.   Have been going here for years as Mark and team are excellent at their jobs and trustworthy. What is really impressive is how they have not stayed still but are continuously improving their level of service even further. Was recently blown away by an inspection report they provided with photos of the condition of the vehicle and rationale behind recommended services. It was very helpful for determining which services were important for the proper functioning of the vehicle and which should just be monitored. During a recent service I had a few questions about some of the repairs that had been done and they did not hesitate to take a complimentary inspection to ensure that everything had been handled perfectly. This is a great shop and I highly recommend them. They are a pleasure to work with.

  Thank You Preferred Auto Experts My cherished Honda 2005 Element is always in good hands with Mark n his wonderful team n family Christa n Charisse n his staff of well trained mechanics I do appreciate how as a customer we are given the insight with pictures of the parts of our cars that are being worked on and the possibilities of future needs for maintenance n longevity of my well loved n well cared for 20 year old car. One of my most recent experiences at Preferred Auto was need for a head gasket came as a surprise n while waiting on the freeway for a tow truck n my call to Christa she checked me in for service and a inexpensive rental car waiting upon my arrival. Gosh such kindness n putting to ease my mind n I knew I was in the right place at the right time with Preferred Auto Experts. For 20 years n more Mark has carried for all our families cars . My most recent visit included regular oil change n front breaks . Plus I received future recommendations for my 100 thousand plus miles car 🚘. Preferred Auto presents me with aka floor plan for my car just like a plan for our own homes .   I have very good experiences at Preferred Auto Centre for this B1 service. I got an early appointment and within 1 hr, I received a txt with the work that was being performed, along with recommended services to ensure the longevity of my Honda HRV, which I appreciated. I received excellent communication from my auto advisor, who was both professional and personable. I also got the Triple AAA discount, which is helpful in the budget department. Overall, I continue to receive attentive service, knowledge technicians and the personal touch of dealing with a small business owner, who is honest and customer oriented. I highly recommend them for any automotive needs. I plan on being a lifetime customer.

  The service of my car was great , they did a complimentary diagnostic check and did a check on my coolant system . The only problem I had was my battery was brand new in vehicle and when I tried to drive car away from Preferred the battery was completely dead. I had no problems with this battery before I brought it into shop . I’m not sure but, they must have left something on my car ( lights , etc.. ) and it completely drained battery but, everything else good . They were nice and gave good advice . Hopefully they will fix my battery problem that I didn’t have before I brought in vehicle . Chris

  Excellent service as always! This was roughly our 4th visit. I lost count. This time we needed to drop off keys after hours for an emergency repair on an older vehicle. A detailed inspection was performed with pictures as usual. Crista and Mark also went over everything in the phone and answered our questions with their trademark friendly expertise! We highly recommend Preferred Auto Centre.

  Honestly surprised by how amazing preferred auto was. I’ve had some less than amazing service in the past. From the moment I walked into their space I felt welcomed. They have a great designed waiting area that feels inviting. They were great with communication about my car and extremely thorough. My car was held a lot longer than I expected but I’m so happy because they were so detailed with photo evidence about every little thing my car truly needed. They even put me up in a rental car when my car wasn’t finished in time. When I picked my car up they even gave the outside a wash. I was blown away. I wouldn’t expect that every time but it’s safe to say I’ve found my mechanic team. Thank you preferred for making me feel cared for.
