I needed my car towed and Brian was the service tech that showed up. AAA told me an hour and it only took 30 minutes for him to arrive. Better yet, he called me prior just to give me an update which I really appreciated. He was nothing short of amazing! Friendly, helpful, and got the job done really quickly. Thanks Brian!
First, the employees are great, helpful and friendly. However the fees to retrieve a car impounded are steep, and they have posted fees so you think you'd be able to use those to calculate the total cost to retrieve a car, but unfortunately that doesn't seem to be true. My vehicle was towed & when I went to collect it, the charge was significantly higher than the posted fees. I ended up losing the car completely, and unable to get to work. There's no haggling price, so if your car is impounded here, call and check the price to retrieve it, don't trust the posted prices.
I had my vehicle picked up from my home and taken to an auto body shop. I was very impressed by speedy phone response and the pick up time response. I was told it would be 45 minutes possibly 30 minutes. The drive was kind and sensitive to my frustration of my vehicle I feel they arrived sooner than expected. I do appreciate great service and I will recommend Roy's towing company to anyyone friends or family needed. Thank you for fast service.
Steve from Roy's was dispatched by AAA to replace my battery that had reached the end of its useful life. He was prompt, professional and efficient.

Appreciate the team over at Roy's Towing. Had two separate incidents where I needed their assistance over the last two weeks. I went through AAA who connected me with them, but they provided timely updates and their service team was top notch. My cars have given me ample reason to deal with a number of towing companies over the years, and these guys stand out. Thank you!
Our car got towed by police and unfortunately they utilized this company for their service. We will continue to file a complaint with the police department as well.
Stay away from this company for service. Our car got damaged really bad under their responsibility. When getting our car out, I noticed the front grills were missing. I went inside to inquire about it; consequently, they referred me to the manager (who refused to give me his name) and long story short, I was told to get the "f" off their office and continued to cancel our AAA tow.
When we went back to the lot, another guy that works there moved the bumper and the bumper fell off and showed that the radiator and the electric fan were damaged. I have pictures of everything to show as proof.
One of the gentlemen (I believe the owner) hit my female friend in the shoulder making fun of our car. She continued to say, "dont touch me" and "get the f out of our property". Police were called and we showed the video of the whole incident. Unfortunately, because she was holding the camera, you dont see the hand hitting her, only the shake of the camera, and her words after that asking him not to touch her again. Police came to " investigate" and the cameras on the lot "are not working". The incident number is 23-1217171 and the law enforcement officers who showed up were M. Mendoza (Sheriff) and C. Simpkins (Sheriff). There was "Nothing they could do" because lack of evidence.
We will take this to a civil matter and police department complaint.
Again, there are pictures, videos and other proof that we have.

Had a puncture on the freeway and was able to make it to a nearby parking lot. AAA said Roy's would have someone out in under 50 min. Exactly 2 min later Roy's dispatcher called and said a technician would arrive in under 20 min. Just 13 min later, Victor arrived. Just 10 min later, Victor had me back on the road. Lighting fast service - 25 min from call to back on the road. Every time I reach out to Roy's, to unlock my car, put in a new battery, fix a flat, this the kind of service and speed they deliver. Amazing people and amazingly kind too. I wouldn't call anyone else.
Yesterday my wife accidentally locked the keys inside the car while it was on. Standard eta would've been at least 40 minutes they showed up within 10 mins of the call to save the day! They were super quick and amazing! Thank you for being great!
These guys are the best at least from what I’ve had to deal with. They always send the same guy and I always get along with the guy we get it done fast and furious.
Juan is the man! Great communication and friendly guy, helped me figure out what was up with my car. Went above and beyond, jumped my car and was just overall a really good experience.
Absolutely abysmal customer service.
While calling for a tow at the apartment complex I live at, I was hung up on before even giving the full information. I had to call back, and even the maintenance manager commented how rude and unprofessional the person on the phone was. I know you’ll read this and roll your eyes but good god the person answering the phone at around 8am on Tuesday November 12th needs to be fired.
Roger was very professional and courteous! Best driver I've worked with. Car trouble is always stressful. A lot easier to manager with help from someone like Roger!
My car broke down (on a VERY hot afternoon) with my two-year-old daughter and our big German Shepherd with us. The Roy’s Towing driver arrived promptly and he was super helpful and patient; he removed 2 car seats and a number of heavy bags and carried my stuff out of his way to a shady spot so my dog and kid could hang out while we emptied the car. He was just very accommodating and kind and I very much appreciated his willingness to lend a hand & had no problems getting my car safely to the drop off. I can’t remember his name but thank you, sir!
First time I used Roy's towing, let me tell you they were awsome! I had a flat tire, and in no time they were there, customer service is on point! Also the driver Roger was great! I give Roy's towing a 5 star
