I needed two 8volt batteries for my camper and they had several options. The owner guided me to pick the correct one for my camper. Very knowledgable guy. I have bought all kinds of batteries here before and I was never disappointed with their selection. I highly recommend this store.
Our family car battery just decided to quit the morning before Thanksgiving when my wife was about to head to the store 😬. I usually go to an auto parts store for batteries…but not anymore! My neighbor mentioned Battery Plus and since they are right around the corner from me I drove over. The immediate service from Christian was impeccable! He tested my battery, it was bad, then got me a new one quickly! The prices compared to auto parts stores are similar or a bit better even (and a higher end battery)! Installation was included if desired, so I said why not!
My vehicle wouldn’t start in order to pull around back where they perform the installation so Angel came out to give me a quick jump. I pulled around back and Angel was extremely polite and clearly had a high priority for offering top notch service! Angel performed the installation quickly and cleanly and I was on my way! I met the owner just before he was taking off and gave my gratitude, very polite well mannered gentleman!

I wont get my batteries anywhere else. This was my first time doing business with Batteries Plus. The customer service was outstanding and I got a good vibe over the phone and my daughter said the same when she arrived at the Thousand Oaks location. They ultimately determined that the battery was actually good and the car was experiencing another issue. Thank you guys for the honesty and I look forward to doing business with you in the future!
Jeff and his crew were very helpful being disabled Jeff and his crew went above and beyond to help me got me in n out quickly and got me on the road in no time I definitely recommend batteries plus and I will do Business with them again for any of my battery needs I will recommend family and freinds
The customer service on a normal day is stellar and they go above and beyond so I am not surprised that when the community is in a time of need ie raging wild fires and power outages amidst the worst wind storm since 2011 that batteries plus stayed open past closing even with no power to help community members with any battery needs and help people fix generators. The workers at this store deserve an award for best ran batteries plus store! Thank you so much, our community appreciates all the time and help you have dedicated to the people in need!

Returned a few days later and got great advice on getting a new battery for my 2004 GMC Savana van. AAA wanted to charge about $250 to replace it. Instead, I had them jump it and I brought it up to Batteries Plus. Saved about $80 with the Black Friday price, installation is free, and Angel put it in within a few minutes of my arrival! Same great customer service and I heard the guy ahead of me compliment them on the same.

Bought a couple deep cycle 6v batteries for our travel trailer. Purchased online. Drove to the store with my old batteries for core charge. They had my order ready, batteries charged, wheeled them to my truck and took my cores in exchange. In and out in 5 minutes. Very easy. Would recommend.
Every time I go to batteries Plus it is very friendly and knowledgable service. Their prices are very reasonable and when I bought a new battery for my car they installed it free with no waiting time.

Very confusing and incompetent customer service. They got me into real problems twice now with their incompetence sadly, I will be purchasing my stuff at Amazon.
