The business hours say it closes at 5pm. I got there at 4:30pm and sign said closed. The pony tail hair attendent is very rude turn me away but let a woman in....this place is always the worst
They used to be right on and exact and they probably still are. however now they take 10% off. I asked the lady she says well it’s just what the machine says and it’s because people bring stuff in with moisture and I said well my stuff is clean. She says well, talk to the owner tomorrow morning if you want. I said”No, I I’ll just call the county weights and measures department”
Usually pretty cool but had more than half of my recycling out and they shout no more glass sucks when you were almost done . Would’ve been more than acknowledgment if they would’ve put a sign that says no glass instead of me wasting time.
The hours posted said they were open on Sunday from 9 A.M. till 3 P.M. I arrived there at 9 O'clock sharp and no one was there. I didn't at the time have the gas to go elsewhere, so I continued to wait for an employee to show up. I also called the phone number listed several times in which no one answered, and couldn't leave a voicemail because there was no voicemail set up for that number. I proceeded to wait as frustrated potential customers came and gone. I patiently waited until 11:30 before leaving. So now I was out of gas, hot and frustrated. I will NEVER go back to Muscoy Recycling ever again!!! Very unprofessional.
Hours say 5 PM on Friday. I got there at 4:32 and it looked like their gate was half way shut. I park and as I am getting out of my car, the female attendant walks over and shuts the gate completely. I tried to ask why they were closing early but her and the male attendant acted like they were busy and couldn’t hear me. I went out of my way to go to this one but since they decided to close at 4:30, there wasn’t any way to make it to another one by 5 PM and get my other errands done on time. They are the closest one to me but were not on my course of travel yesterday. I have been to other locations that have closed early because they are full or out of cash but it sounds like a regular practice here. Oh well, I won’t go there again after being ignored. I guess it was Friday, got to start the week end early!.
They close early without warning & don't answer there phone so y post it, not the best prices but ok, waste of gas, if they r going to close before 4:45 then they should post that?
STOP TELLING CUSTOMERS THAT MARIO IS ON VACATION TELL THEM THE TRUTH THAT YOU FIRED HIM KNOWING HE IS SUFFERING FROM CANCER AND YET YOU NEVER WOULD PAY HIM FOR HIS DAYS OF CHIMO YEAH KEEP RIPPING PEOPLE OFF ..
Some times they pay the right rate some times they cheat you out of your money I guess it depends how you talk to the workers I noticed if they are arguing between employees they take it out on the customers by shortening the money the owner is the worst one he just cheats you out of the fair rate
Somebody needs to go monitor the scales and monitor the people working there because they're ripping people off at least by half of whatever the weight of the recycle was!! Honestly somebody needs to go and take a look at this establishment because they are ripping people off and probably ripping the owner off as well! I wighed the recycling at my friend's place of work just to see what it weighed. I had 50lbs of recycle and they told me it was only 30lbs. I told them NO WAY til they finally agreed and PAID ME!
I feel kind of ripped off but hey it's their business. My boyfriend and I had a lot of recycling and only came out under $60 we had 2 cars filled with the 30 gallon trash bags filled to almost ripping each bag.
Pretty good for my first time there I guess only thing was they usually close at 5 when I got there it was approximately 430 tha worker there told me they were closed but then decided to just allow me in so ehh pay is on the low end though.
