Ventura’s Towing helped me once again! I was involved in a traffic collision about 2 years ago and just last week I got into another accident. Like always, they were fast to assist me and worked very well with my insurance. They even ordered me an uber home since my husband was at work. Thank you Ventura’s Towing for always helping me and my family out! 100% recommend using their fast and efficient service!
I had to write this after I got my car out of this yard, but my insurance company and I arranged for a towing company to pick up the vehicle from Ventura's yard. I completed and signed all required release paperwork that was asked for.
According to the tow truck driver sent by my insurance company, he was told the vehicle would not be released without payment. The driver even offered to pay the charges on the spot so the vehicle could be removed, but the vehicle was still not released. As a result, my car remained in the yard for two additional days longer than it had to be.
What made it frustrating was that when I later raised this concern, I was told that none of this happened and that the driver never offered payment. I was on the phone with the tow truck driver during the interaction and listened to the conversation in real time, so hearing my concern dismissed was disappointing.
Accidents are stressful enough without additional complications. Based on my experience, this all fell well below expectations, and I would be hesitant to use this company again.
If you get in an accident and these guys pull up, refuse to avoid a similar experience.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 experience with Venturas Towing. I was stressed out and stuck, and they turned a terrible situation into something easy. They showed up way faster than expected, were professional, respectful, and handled my vehicle with care like it was their own. No hidden surprises, no attitude, just honest service and great communication from start to finish. You can tell they actually care about helping people instead of just doing another tow. If you’re ever stranded or need a reliable tow company, save yourself the stress and call Venturas Towing. I wouldn’t use anyone else after this experience. Highly recommend!
UPDATE:
The words "extortion," "gouging," "overcharging" and "highway robbery" come to mind. They charged $1220 to tow a small sedan ($770 for a flat bed, $275 for "extra equipment" and $175 to clean up a small coolant leak). Then charged $280/day for storage!! ABSOLUTELY INSANE. Then they don't always answer their phone and you have to make an appointment with them as they don't have people at their yard.
At first the person that answered the phone told me that storage was $65/day. Maybe he misheard my question, because when I challenged them on it, they swore it has never been that low.
I asked for an e-mail with the fees invoice and I had to call back three times to get it (more storage time added!). And that's when I found out the storage fee was $280, not $65/day! I asked the person what their name was and he refused to give me a last name. $1220 FOR A SIMPLE TOW IS JUST STEALING

To our knowledge you work with a body shop that gives you a kick back for every vehicle you take them and in this case, you failed to do so since the customer decided to go with us, his roadside service. Because things didn’t go your way, of course you’re going to come and type this wonderful & false review on our page. It’s sad to see people act this way, but it’s the world we live in. Also, you have it wrong, our daily storage rate isn’t $65.00 per day, neither is it $280.00. Our daily storage rate is $58.00 day and our Simple Tow is actually $385.00. All in all, thank you for this review, I really hope it made your day, trying to ruin a small family owned business, take care."

I don't work for a body shop. I literally have the receipt for how much was paid to get the car out. It is exactly as laid out in my original review. So now we can add "LIARS" to the words that come to mind. I tried going to their website to verify their claim of $58/day, but their website doesn't work...
And by the way, a courteous, or at least an inquiring reply from you would have gone a long way. I'm willing to change my review if the overcharge is made right. I just don't want people to get robbed by your company's gouging, ghosting and lack of transparency.
My car was taken in after an accident to this location. However, I’ve been trying to go to release my car to my insurance and they have made it impossible to do so. When I call ahead to let them know I’m going, they say they’re closed even though it’s within normal business hours. When I try to go earlier but call to make sure it’s open, no one answers. My insurance company has also been calling and no one answers at all. They close way earlier than normal business hours and the office is definitely not open 24 hours. Avoid this towing company if possible during any accident. Wait for AAA or another tow truck.
The worker who took in the car was extremely nice, though. This isn’t a reflection on him personally but the business itself. It’s frustrating when the business hours are limited and the lack of response most of the day.
I am completely satisfied with the service provided by this company. From the moment the owner of the company arrived at the crash scene I was impressed with his professionalism.

Outstanding customer service. I had to come by after hours due to my job and Jose went out of his way to stay late to accommodate schedule so i could sign the paperwork to release my car to my insurance and pick my belongings out of the vehicle. Definitely use them for your towing needs!
10/10 recommend. The owner himself came out at midnight to rescue my blown up car in the mountains, then my other car got a flat on the way down and he let me use his jack. Very energetic and very respectful. Calling next time I inevitably need a tow
The service was great they arrived within 30 minutes and their pricing was excellent I had called 10 other companies before them and they where all charging $350.00+ for a 2 1/2 mile tow venturas towing was less than half of the cost and the service was fast the driver was very nice . i was in an accident, called my insurance for a tow, and ended up waiting 2 hours just for them to cancel my tow without informing us nor our insurance company. they cancelled because “i was rude and they didn’t want to work with me” when all that had been discussed is an eta because i never received that either. pretty sad when the highway patrol has to come twice to check up because they never showed.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! This company is an absolute joke. My sister got in an accident and they were assigned to come tow the vehicle by our roadside assistance. They were supposed to be there in 25 mins so after 40 mins of sitting on the side of the 91 had passed she called for an update and they said she was next after a tow they were completing. Fast forward to 2 hours later sitting on the side of the freeway, we call roadside again and ask them what is the deal. They proceed to tell us the company canceled without notifying them or us. If you get assigned to or are even considering this place, definitely do not rely on them for anything short of a giant headache and waste of time.
This company was assigned by my roadside assistant service. I contacted the tow driver as instructed by the roadside service for an ETA. The driver became irate when I questioned the ETA given by the service versus what he was saying. He then told me I could just cancel the call and go with a different company. I argued that t I didn't want to do that to avoid a longer delay for service since I was a female alone in a dark empty parking lot. I was not feeling safe. He became angry with me and HE canceled my call stating he doesn't want to deal with customers like me. I wouldn't recommend nor use this company in the future.
Worst people in the world, I waited twice for the towing and both times and they never showed. Then the coward lied to my insurance company saying that he did but was mistreated and decided to go. That's a big lie you never showed. DON'T use their services. You left a mother with her child waiting on the street for hours, horrible people.
