This place is depressing when you walk in it is so quiet and I found out that the employees are not allowed to listen to music I suggested the employee to listen to something and he said they get in trouble . Music is good for the soul I don’t understand why some employers don’t let their employees be happy they are still going to work hard . Please make your business a happy and welcoming place by playing some music
I've been a customer for 3 years now, I've bought hoods, bumpers, chrome trims, grilles, inner fenders, head lights and tail lights, you name it. They don't sell every part but they sell the majority of exterior parts. Over all the quality of the parts are good. Their customer service is reliable and fair. They take Covid precautions seriously for the safety of their customers. When you order the wrong parts its not a hassle to get you the correct one. The waiting period to obtain the parts is also decent, some are in stock some take 1 to 3 business days to arrive. These guys knows what they're doing. This place makes us pay CA sales tax even though we have a valid NV resale permit...the parts are used outside of CA and resold in the form of tangible personal property and sales taxes are collected at the time the items are sold as components to large tangible personal property items.
We should be exempt from paying CA sales taxes!
