My family and I have been customers for years . Yesterday I went to sell a vehicle at the window on 701 N . Waterman there was a lady and a man inside the window I was told threw a phone call earlier that day to be there by 4:30 I got there at 3:50 . The man Inside the window was so rude he yelled at me and embarrassed me and my daughter in front of the other customers . I have never been to that part of pick of part were you sell a vehicle I have only been to the yard over the years with family … I was so shocked at his lack of customer service especially to female .if I could give him zero stars that’s what I would do .. it’s very unfortunate because I will literally never go back there or take my business there again .. I was gonna ask for his name but honestly I was afraid to after the way he acted. ..maybe he is related to the owner or something acting like that idk

I brought my 17 year old daughter for her first field trip to Pick-Your-Part. We fond what she needed for 1994 Nissan hardbody. She is learning and Pick-Your-Part is part of her experience.

The setup sucks now. They dont have the vehicles organize by Foreign Domestic Car Trucks. So youre walking back and forth back and forth. Then check out sucks. You end up in line 30+ minutes.

I came to pick up a Ford Ranger trip bed, but the only thing they had in the lot was an extended cab. My truck is a regular cab. The staff was great and helping me locate the vehicle. I will return again thanks for all your help.

Does NOT tell you of admittance charge. They could have told us that the part we were looking for was NOT available so we paid to get in for nothing. RIP-OFF

Was surprised we were able to actually talk to a person. They were very helpful. Very efficient, super professional. I don't know. Just not what I expected. They even gave us a follow-up call to remind us of our pickup appointment and make sure we had all of the right paperwork.

Went for the BAR program. Service was very friendly, but it did take a while (EST. 1hr.) Overall easy experience.

The cashiers must get commission or something because Ì go and pick up a luggage rack for a cargo van. Before I go Ì check pricing. The only item listed that is related is a roof rack. It’s listed for $23. The cashier decided to ring it up as miscellaneous then inputs the price he choses. So rings it’s up at $199. After tax tells me $215. Ì was so pissed Ì Just drove over an hour to remove it then drag the one pice roof rack, weighing like 100 lbs or more, through the dirt across the yard. To have this guy tell me he wants 200.

This place is great. The app helps you find your vehicle that you need to get parts from. PYP is the app. They have plenty of carts to help you move stuff. A lot of cars. They have Porta potties and handwashing stations. The customer service is great.. So if you’re looking for a part, this is a place to go. I took photos of the oldest vehicle. I saw there, and it brought back memories of my childhood.

Worst pick a part location. Went to sell my car and was straight hit with attitude from a guy in the office. He was so rude and unprofessional. Never taking my business there again. I would recommend to take your business elsewhere. They need to check that employee and show him how to be respectful to people.

As an auto wholesaler bringing in four cars a day, I expected LKQ to be more organized and respectful of my time. Unfortunately, customer service is consistently rude, and there is very little organization in the process. On a normal day, I have to wait 2–3 hours just to receive a check, and on other days when they are behind, I’ve had to wait up to six days. For a company of this size, it’s disappointing to see such inefficiency. If you are a high-volume seller, be prepared for long waits and poor communication.

found replacement parts for my car at reasonable prices that the dealerships charge too much money for or don't have at all.

Went on a Saturday and Manuel helped us out with a courteous and respectful attitude. He really excelled the service and made the experience a positive one. He is also very knowledgeable about the parts he recommended to my husband.

I liked the black woman with the shades, I had tons of questions coming in (cause I didn’t know what I was doing/asking) and then she helped me out and was very patient with me and was such an angel! Definitely would come back and can hopefully see her again

I go to several of the PYP yards and San Bernardino is the best of them. They treat you great and with respect. Calvin is the wonderful. He is always kind and friendly and knows his parts. I would definitely recommend this yard.

Bought a tire here on Saturday. Tires on Sat come out to $18 and some change for any tires, including the ones when you enter. If u need cheap used tires, come in on Saturdays, they are cheap! What a great deal.

Stopped by Pick Your Part to get parts for Hyundai sonata 2016 . Found what I needed without too much trouble, and the prices were better than I expected. Big shoutout to Yvette behind the counter as she was super helpful and patient, answered any questions we had which made the whole process smooth and easy.

Yvette was great, extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. She literally made my transaction easier and pleasant.

The prices are OK, employees are nice. But I don't like how EVERYTHING I buy here, from a cupholder to a wheel, they HAVE to draw on EVERYTHING with a bright orange, permanent paint marker. One time I bought MINT CONDITION sun visors, and they literally DREW DIRECTLY ON THEM WITH THEIR PAINT MARKER!!! They have this really cool Isuzu Stylus there

Calvin was extremely helpful during my visit to the junkyard. He demonstrated a high level of professionalism and was very knowledgeable about the parts and inventory.. I greatly appreciate his assistance and would highly recommend his service to others.

Went here for the Memorial Day weekend for the 50% off sale. This had to be one of the cleanest, nicest, most efficient pap i have ever been to. 4 cashier open. Free cold bottle water as I was leaving. What a great experience Rialto pap could learn a thing or 2 from these guys. Great job!!!

--BUYER BEWARE-- They charge too much to be asking to pull your own parts. Only worth it if you need an emgine or trans. Wants to charge 120.00 for 4 electrical pigtails and a seat if seat switches. They charge the "optional" guarantee fee automatically without asking or saying anything. They harass customers and tear apart peoples tool boxes on the way out. First and Last time using pick a part ! Don't do it. I advise to buy new for smaller parts.

This place would charge you for the air you breath inside their yard if they could. Prices are absolutely insane for a pick n pull yard. You basically drive an hour, and spend all day in the hot weltering sun pulling a transmission, just to have some sales guy nickel and dime you for every nut and bolt. Really make 0 sense to go here. You don’t save any money getting parts yourself, you typically pay more, and you get to waste your entire day.

Would have been 5 stars but they added a warranty ($20) without asking if I wanted one. I told them I didn't want a warranty after noticing it on my receipt, and they said I should've said so before they charged my card... even though I didn't know I was being charged for a warranty in the first place... I got got, lesson learned! MAKE SURE YOU SAY "I DON'T WANT A WARRANTY" BEFORE PAYING. Also look up the vehicles ahead of time so you know where to find them in the lot. Will still prob be back.

For anyone who is a car enthusiast like I am, this place is like a candy shop for big kids. For anyone who can turn a wrench and wants to save a few bucks vs parts store parts OR grabbing a hard to find part, this place is the place to be. I always enjoy coming here (or any local LKQ for that matter), even if it's just to look around. What I don't like about this particular location is that they're never consistent on what you can and can't bring in. One time I go in shortly after opening with all my tools. I get what I'm looking for but still need to return for more. I make my purchase, get my return admittance ticket, and return. When being checked in the second time, the SAME staff member who checked me in said I couldn't bring in my angle grinder. I explained to him that he checked me in earlier in the day, that he had just checked me out (tool bag inspection) not even 10 minutes earlier and provided me my return admittance ticket, and that on the return admittance he wouldn't let me take in my angle grinder. Customer tool policy needs to be consistent and clearly visible. This isn't visible anywhere.

Lots of cars but not enough VW, low inventory, very far away from the city up on the dusty dessert , good selection on Japanese cars and domestic , very easy to find the lines and sections all cars have a number
