This place is the worst tow yard I have ever seen. The prices for having your car in there yard are just ridiculous. $308 per day and that is the lowest. $485 is the max. My car was there from 3pm to 9am... Less than 24 hours and my bill was $881. Charged for two days! If you want to get your car after hours it's another charge as well. This place is a complete scam. Do not ever use them and definitely never get towed by them. Also they say thay are open 24 hours and it is a lie. They will charge you $125 if they have to work on the weekends. Please stay away from this company!!!
Just had my car towed home after the check engine light came on while I was on the freeway. Dispatch person was very nice and tow truck driver Edwin took a very stressful situation and made it a good one. I will definitely use this company again.
Car broke down called AAA and they sent out Fontana towing. AAA gave us an ETA of 2hours because it was labor day. So we thought we were going to be waiting forever and ever in the crazy heat. To our surprise Fontana towing was to our rescue in less than 20 minutes. Talk about top notch service!! Not only fast but super friendly as well. Definitely recommend Fontana towing for fast, friendly, and reliable service.
They came to tow our Harley, my husband had to help put it on the flatbed and after doing so dispatch told the guy to take it off.. what kind of service is that. Dispatch very rude!!
If you use Fontana towing, hopefully you'll be lucky and get an Angel like I did! A driver for Fontana tow named Angel, that is... This awesome guy rescued me in the middle of the night, towed my car from Colton all the way to Santa Monica, without so much as a scratch! Fantastic job and I really think they are lucky to have such a professional working at their company. Good job guys!
