Liked it a lot! They have the thing you wished you bought at Costco, and now you have another chance to get it. Many of the prices are the same as the big box stores and some are much cheaper. I was really amazed by the variety of products, from furniture to clothes and electronics to toiletries. If you are driving by I would definitely stop and see what they have, it is full of treasures.
I’m very disappointed in the way they treat their staff members. Today was my first and last time shopping here! The woman in charge at customer service was mistreating employees right in front of us customers how unprofessional. This is retail not the DMV ??♀️
This Outlet is mostly Costco and Target reject, damaged or outdated merch. It really does have an outstanding selection.
Pricing is great on those big ticket items. Household goods, appliances and some outdoor and sports stuff. Other prices are barely discounted. You have to go often to score big.
I got an amazing 8x10 plush shag rug. Normally $350 at Sam's for $139. Nothing wrong with it!
There's always plenty of employees and they go the extra mile to help!
The Outlet By ELS is full of great deals, but don't come looking for perfection.
They sell a bit of everything. You'll find household cleaners, clothes, kitchen appliances, toys, pet stuff, electronics, luggage, and a lot more.
Many of the items are returns, open boxes, floor models, etc, but if you're willing to overlook the blemishes, you can save a few bucks.
some good decent deals... if you need them. near expiration but for some food is still ok. be mindful of some package may have less inside. i.e. originally a box has 6 smaller packs of crackers, since it's repacked, when i opened it at home, it only has 5 packs
You have to go expecting nothing and being happy with what you do find. The store is organized well. The clothing area is a tight squeeze because they have so much to offer, so be patient with those around you.
There are great discounts. I go for the swimsuits. I bought one that is regularly priced at $42 for $9.99.
Be patient when you go and look for the deals you need.

Store used to be good. Now, prices are retail and employees are rude and unprofessional. Was in store yesterday, and saw a male employee (supposedly one of the managers) literally ARGUING with a female customer. NO MAN would stand there having a yelling match, much less with a girl. Prices need to go back to "outlet" ones and customer service retraining is MUCH needed. How embarrassing!
Love the prices and the staff! I brought a BUNCH of things to the register, but something caught my eye on my way to the register. I asked the cashier if I could leave my things there so I can get a 2nd look. She did not hesitate to say yes. She was very patient. When I finally finished, they asked if I needed help to the car. So sweet! I will DEFINITELY recommend for friends and family. I'm going back next paycheck!
I bought this drill today for $29.99. But before I paid the cashier made it seemed like if I changed the price on it. She called someone from hardware to come and confirm the price. While she was waiting she opened the box. I thought I was getting a really good deal. I get home the battery is missing. I feel ripped off. If something is missing post it on the box or label it “As Is”. The battery is $50 separately. Way more than the drill price.
Always find great deals! Be sure to visit regularly—there are times when it’s the off-season with fewer items. If you see something you like, don’t hesitate—grab it! It can be gone in seconds. Speaking from experience!
I’ve been shopping at OUTLET by ELS ever since they opened, and it’s hands down the best place to find amazing deals on overstock from Costco and other big retailers. They consistently offer 30% off, making it a go-to spot for quality products at unbeatable prices.
One thing I really appreciate is that all the merchandise is inspected at their warehouse, so you know you’re getting good stuff. The store manager, Damon, truly goes above and beyond to keep customers happy, and the entire staff is always friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for great deals and excellent customer service, this is the place to go!
Some good prices mixed with not so good prices on certain things. Clothes from Costco are very well priced. Worth going to "see". Sign up for their emaila to preview sales. For example, I recently bought Scotts Weed and Feed (15 lb) bags for $10 ($29 value). Stocked up with 10 bags to hold me over for several years as this stuff doesn't expire.
Watch what you purchase here. Some of the stuff is not new, open box and may have scratches or imperfections.
I'd investigate the product first before purchasing.
The prices are good but you may be able to find better prices online. You just have to look and see what you find for yourself.
At times you may be able to ask for a reduction. The parking is kind of crowded on the weekends.
There may be a checkout line on the weekends but the line does move at a decent pace.
Overall, I do like shopping here to find quality goods that you might only find at Costco or Sam's Club with a membership. The prices are good and competitive as well.
Great deals
Scored a safe for about 220$ cheaper than Home Depot had it for. Highly recommend. All products are brand new in perfect condition and the store is fairly large and very clean and organized.
Check the prices of what you purchase before you pay. I was overcharged for an item, and when I pointed it out to the cashier, she quickly changed it as if she made a simple mistake. But I don't think it was a mistake. The mistake was it being noticed. When I was walking out, I overheard another customer grumbling about being overcharged as she examined her receipt on the way out. Seems to be a common "mistake." Don't you make the mistake of overpaying for your items.
This place is a hidden gem. You never know what you are going to find. I have bought so many things from here throughout the years. The deals are incredible and my recommendation is that you visit during the week and not the weekend. Less people and better inventory.
I love this place, it would be 5 stars but they're are 2 major reasons I deducted 2 stars. gets busy on the weekends, but they have pretty good deals. I also wish they stayed open longer in the evenings... items out of box are a tad cheaper than the same in the box, so you have to pay attention to what you're buying. merch changes daily, it's hard to not come every week just to check out what they have. buyer beware, NO REFUNDS - exchange or store credit only within 14 days, so -1 star. they only hold non-purchased items for 2 hours. I believe you have to pick up your large items (furniture) yourself, not every one has a truck or the means to haul things, no delivery & no delivery options so -1star. make sure you know what youre shopping for, sometimes it's only a few dollars cheaper open and dinged, than it was on sale new in the box at costco... meaning on sale at costco was a better deal.
First time going and I have to say it's a pretty big store with a variety of deals. From clothes, appliances, furniture, kitchen hardware, even light bills... they are equipped with a lot with more. Some food and cleaning supplies are sold there. I'm hoping what I got works electrical wise. So I'll have a better review after 30 days or so. All items are final sale. Anything electric or battery operated, from what I was told, can be exchanged or store credit within 30 days. If all goes well with what I purchased today, 9/3/21, I'll be back to do more Christmas shopping.
You can find lots of bargain prices for overstock stuff from stores like Costco and Walmart in this outlet store. It is usually very crowded in this store. Long line expected in the cashier area.
