I was going to Dick‘s auto supply in hopes to get my front light fixed, but it turned out that one of the wires were just somewhat twisted and weren’t tightened properly for one of my lightbulbs in the front. They were able to fix it for me, before I even bought the lightbulb. Honest, good staff members.
I was about and hour and a half a way from home and got a flat on the freeway. I was able to "run-flat" to Dick's Auto. I was feeling desperate and vulnerable and could have easily been taken advantage of. The owner (wish I remembered his name) was friendly and came across as a truly honest man. He referred me to a tired shop nearby that he trusted; where he would take his personal business, and they took great care of me. If you ever land at Dick's, know you are in great, honest, hands. (I was told the owner is a military veteran.)
Had an amazing experience with these guys. They did everything in their power to make sure my family was safe. Parts and labor very affordable! Being out of state and coming across a buisness that doesn’t give up on its customers really is a lost art. Thank you for everything you’ve done for us!
Called several parts shops, and Dick’s went above and beyond. I was getting misinformation from several “mechanics”, so Dick’s employees checked all the information to confirm for me. There was a misunderstanding about what time the part would be there, and they won’t give you the part number for whatever reason, and that’s why they got 4 stars. When I arrived and the part wasn’t there the gentleman called to have the part there in 30 minutes. He was going to go pick it up himself if necessary. I called Ed’s first and they wanted $200 more for the same exact part. When the first guy couldn’t answer my question he got someone else (I think the owner). They were cheaper and quicker than the local places like Autozone and O’Reilly’s, and $200 cheaper than Ed’s. They checked to make sure all the parts I needed were in the box. Definitely worth the drive. (Sorry! I know Ed’s and Dick’s are brothers or some relation.)
I love it here. I came here to get my windshield a visor & Cheyenne helped me out with it. Very kind & friendly & quick too. The guys inside helped me out as well. I kept asking questions about an installation & they helped me out with great detail. I most definitely will come back here if I need anything else. I highly recommend this place. Very great service.
These guys are my go to when I have an especially odd or rare vehicle part to find. They do a great deal of due diligence. This time they cross referenced multiple Starters for my 20th anniversary GTI and found the needle in the hay stack.

I can say that if all other auto parts places where like this place here it would be perfect. The staff will go thru what y'all refer as hell to help you find a solution to your problem. Uuuf and the best of all they will recomend you to other local businesses that can help . Thank you guys my ranger is back on the road
I like this auto parts store they are the best when it comes to quality and price ,great staff every time i needed auto parts they have it and at a very substantial savings so next time you need auto parts give them a call , when in doubt check them out, you will not find a better auto parts store
Honestly the most helpful and knowledgeable parts store in California, possibly America and maybe the world.
I had the good fortune to blow the bottom hose on my 75 460 ltd at 530pm and managed to coast it into the gas station opposite, we pulled our old hose but there were no parts available, an hour of searching and 20 mins of sleaving later, frankenhose was born and fitted and it leaks absolutely zero coolant. It was a total bargain, we continued to Vegas and had a blast.
You sir are a saint among men, and you didn't once make me run through the whole registration number thing, you just accepted me at my cars details.
If I lived closer, i would always shop here.
I've been going there for years and they always know their stuff and are professionals and answer any question you have and if they don't have the part they'll get it for you, like real quick, there's nothing like Dick's Auto.
Nice little mom and pop shop with knowledgeable staff. they usually have what I need or can get it within a reasonable amount of time from their warehouse.
You may not guess this from the exterior, but this place is actually home to superheroes. During a trip from Austin to Seattle, our vehicle was overheating. Being late on a Saturday, every mechanic was closed. Coming here hoping to find a heat gun to self diagnose with the help of google (I don't recommend this), instead, Scott has us pop the hood, helps us diagnose the issue, and then even offers to change the part for us on the spot. They go above and beyond, are incredibly knowledgeable, and best of all are honest.
Fantastic experience. Helped us out of a tight jam, very knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.
Scott was more than helpful. On a cross country drive, we limped off the freeway in Azusa, California with an overheated engine.
Not only did Scott help us diagnose the problem, but he taught us how he did it, and fixed it.
We feared the worst, but Scott had us on the way in about an hour.
This place would be better if they served crack, sweet jesus! As the owner of a nearly 600HP Godzilla type vehicle that loves to run over pedestrians (in or out of crosswalks), I have to say I enjoy the convinience of it, being close to my hidden lair, and often cheaper than poop boys or lazyzone. And if they have to order something, it's there in an hour, unlike the other guys that take two days! SWEET JESUS AND THE DEVIL! To the people that gave this place a bad review, I poop on you! High prices my butt! You like the markup of poop boys better??? And 'lower economy area'? I CHALLENGE THEE TO A DUEL! (no hitting in the privates area, please), Gak.
Owner and Workers provide great customer service! They have a lot of knowledge on OEM parts and compatible parts. If they dont have it they can get it within an hour at times.
I love this place! Owner is awesome and all the workers are awesome. Been shopping here for since the 80s. I refuse to shop at the big box places. I support local mom and pop shops!
Went in there for the to get some help from the machine shop to remove two stripped screws from a part on a quad.. The gentlemen at the counter were pretty cool (I wish I would have got their name). The guy that runs the machine shop helped me remove the screws at no charge. Although it's something simple I think it says alot about their good service. I've bought parts there before but not consistently.. I'm now a loyal customer from this point forward.
