Stay away from here and DONT buy a home here. The new owners are really trying to evict the residents who own their mobile homes and the ones who have lived here for many many years. Other residents have came up with that conclusion with all the new rules that they are coming up with. They are targeting ONLY certain people and make it difficult for us, it’s insane we literally live in the ghetto. The way rent has been increased here is ridiculous for the area we are in. THERE IS A HUGE CAT PROBLEM AS WELL THAT HAS NOT BEEN TAKEN CARE OF! TOO MANY CATS AND ITS REALLY FILTHY BECAUSE OF HOW OUT OF CONTROL THEY HAVE BECOME. Btw there’s a new rule where you can only have two cars !! How fun new owners from California I hope you guys enjoy coming to ruin our community !! :D Yes it’s not the most beautiful place to see but rent is paid, especially with all the rent increases… so why all the new ridiculous rules? OH AND THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE TOO.. I’ve never had to write such a review on my home my community since I’ve been here and that speaks volumes of what is going on.
Hello flamingo mobile home I'm here to tell you how the eviction of me and my father sean nunnink has ruined are life we had lived there for 12 years been loyal tenants the entire time and one day we get an eviction notice for an accumulation of too many personal items which we were super confused by as the stuff that had been in our yard for 12 years suddenly became a problem such as our workout equipment which my father used on a regular and our table which my father used for his car supplies now all the sudden became a problem my father lived paycheck to paycheck making sure he would pay the rent on time just so we could live there you guys also towed our car's at 3:00 in the morning when we didn't have a single clue about the two car policy we were getting little to no information about why we had to leave me and my father were also doing everything you asked us to do so we didn't get kicked out unfortunately that wasn't enough and because of your eviction I have not been able to find a proper home and school I wish there was something we could do and I also have a question I have lots of friends who live there and I was wondering if I have your permission to return to hang out with them.
Hi flamingo mobile home I'm reaching out to ask a question I was evicted about 8 months ago and I have a buddy who lives in the mobile home am I allowed to return to spend time with him? ( Doing this because you don't answer the phone)
I have been living here for 8 years and we have never had any problems with the previous owners, but since the new owners COMFORT COMUNITIES have arrived it has become too stressful to live here. They have not opened the pool, they issue fines with payments every month, the tow truck and the parking lot have become a mess, they are raising the rent all the time and they never have the customer service office open.
Hi this is a horrible place! Managers never answer phones! They don’t fix the pool the pool has been nasty for almost 5 years. I don’t recommend moving here !!
I have lived in this mobile home for 12 years and about 3 months ago me and my father were evicted for " to many personal items" Wich did not make sense at all we had a table and work out equipment Wich has been there for years and the new management raising the rent when we live in the ghetto already and they were finding any way to kick us out not to mention when we had a broken pipe they didn't fix it for a month as well as taking pictures of are home and towing our cars at 3:00 in the morning because I was only being able to have two cars which we found out after the whole thing and we eventually took them to court they ran a bribery to the judge
This mobile home trying to push the older residents out by raising the rent . How are you going to write a resident up 2 times in one month. Some of us live pay check to pay check. And another thing when was the last time you looked at the pool it looks like a swamp.
Since new owners they want to increase rent and pick n choose on who is written up. No clutter or nothing so obviously want to pick on certain old owners. The kids can't even go play in pool it's dangerous! Looks nothing like pictures. Get rid of the ones with clutter and weeds everywhere before you worry about little things next to trailer outside like a trash can for the BBQ and the color. What a JOKE
Nobody will answer the phone I’m just needing a campsite ? Not sign up to be approved? Not buy a camper ! Not all this other confusing stuff but answering the phone helps !! No thanks
We went to look at a place we were considering buying in this park. The first thing we noticed were kids EVERYWHERE. In the middle of the road playing and not even moving for our car. One brat even stood in front of our car with her arm's out. Of course no parents anywhere in sight. A few of the trailors looked ran down and some had bars on the windows. As you drive through you get the feeling it isn't a good neighborhood. There was trash everywhere. We liked the home we looked at and contacted the park only to be told that this trashy park requires a credit score of 620. No criminal check. Just a good credit score. We were told the credit requirements were to keep the "Riff Raff" out. From the look of the park it doesn't look like they are succeeding.
Very quiet throughout the day and at night. The management is very nice and polite and they really know how to help. The other mobile home park are just not as nice and quiet as this. Definately a 5 star review.
Horrible place to live. The community rules are atrocious! Their lumping of dog breeds is akin to lumping an entire race of people as criminals and their firearms policy violates State and federal law. Pick somewhere else to live.
I absolutely like the new manager at the park!! I’m glad to see all the new changes at the park! I feel that we have someone that cares about the appearance of the park! She’s on it ! Very happy!
I live at Flamingo Mobile Home and I love living there. It's clean and everyone is friendly. As for management Mark and Mike are very helpful when you have a problem. And Jessie from maintenance works hard to keep it clean he is also very helpful. BUT the manager in the office is not a nice person and she is never there when you need help. She never answers the phone either. A lot of us that live there wonder why she is still a manager cuz she doesn't do anything.
Not a safe place many homes get burglarized ,drug deals every day unsolved murders not a safe place for family. and management does not seem to care. Owners will lie to you, Danny and Dave Burns Mark , Mike will tell you lies just to get you in the park , Look else where to live not here. Oh by the way burns you work for me now hahahaha Oh you can sell it to bill watts and james thielieson they been wanting to buy this dump they all ready have mobile homes here in the park with there friends hiding in them like in apace 42 and 36 after all they been the ones breaking into the homes here. Oh just found out your friends are trying to sell my home dumb asses i have the title you cant sell it i will sue the hell out of you all for trying i own it. Danny and David Burns over $1.8 mill a month not bad for crooks and liers. Hahha funny response from owners. So why do you have a phoenix cop kathy doing damage control here blaming others for all the bad things going on and not pointing the the truth to you.
Nice manger nice area nice Maintenance man looks very clean but your credit score needs to be at least 620 to live there it's a shame how people are treated if you don't have a credit score of a 620 they don't care if you have paid rent for 5 years and never been late on rent never been kicked out or Effected Out of any place Arizona is not good to people people are gonna start being homeless because of their credit score this is awful
We've been living here since 2011, Kate was the first manager that welcomed us, she was nice and very flexible, new management came in, no big difference. even though remodeling (charged to the residents but i guess its fine) throughout the mobile home park is done, like the streets (pavement redone, yellow and red paint for markings) and the guest house as well was remodeled. I love the wide streets. if you like to abide by the rules and guidelines, you should be fine. have i had one or two items stolen from my property? yes, a bike that I didn't use, and light bulbs, the one that really got to me was some chrome from my car, there was an attempt to steal one of my cars but neighbors watch out for each other (at least ours). I usually go out to run and or walk about 10:30 pm and I haven't seen anything out of place. rent sometimes go up, but I think is the inflation of the dollar... again, this is a very subjective review. can't speak for other people.
