I went to buy a battery today. The Asst Manager Ryan was friendly, smart, and helpful. He installed my battery quickly. He was knowledgeable and a joy to talk to as I talked his ear off. :) Sorry about that.
My battery died on my vehicle, so I got jumped and went to O’Reilley’s and they did their test and told me it wasn’t the battery, it was my alternator. So I left my car at the shop that night but the next day the shop guaranteed me it was just a dead battery, which it was (replaced now).
Well, just by happenstance my other vehicle’s battery died the next week. I took that car to a different O’Reilley’s to see what they’d say, and lo and behold, they said the exact same thing “good battery, bad alternator…” Well, I took my car down the road to Autozone and they said “no, it’s definitely your battery…” and it was. Both cars running fine now.
Not sure what the deal is with O’Reilley’s just being programmed to say “it’s your alternator” but I didn’t appreciate the extra headache of having to have my car sit at a shop for 24 hours.
Ms. Michelle was a treat! Delightful knowledgeable about the products I needed. She even installed my wiper blade and put in the quart of oil I needed. GIRL POWER on Wednesday! YAY!
It's a great place to get help with car needs. They installed both my rear brake lights for me and made sure my emergency lights worked too. Very honest and nice people!!
Staff very helpful even went and personally made sure I was getting the right part . being someone who has no knowledge about cars, I felt really good with my purchase
The employees who where working today around 4pm are awesome. They made jokes and helped me and made me less stressed than I was when I walk in. Definitely will come back just for them🙂
Workers were kind but lazy. The workers that were there at the time didn't want to change my battery for me when that's something that they offer AND i've had this service done in the past the the same exact location.......
Wanting tonight to get the wife’s car battery checked. Lilith and Ryan were working and were great help. Both were friendly and very helpful. Ryan wanted to help me remove the battery as it needed to be replaced, but my boy had a cracked rib and Lilith was trying to eat after a long day. I told them I had it and still kept offering to help. Great crew there! Down am with the Autozone Oompa Loompas!!!
These people are lifesavers! Always friendly and very helpful. Twice I needed their help and they always go above and beyond. Keep up the great work and I will buy all my supplies here :).
These people that work here are always willing to go above and beyond! They’re a great group! I work on a lot of older, classic vehicles with a lot of very difficult to find parts, and they always go the extra mile to try to help me out. In addition to that I work all equipment, undo metal fabrication things that are outside of their realm typically, but often times I go to them first, because they may have just what I need. John, the manager is great. He really knows cars like no one else! Most everybody up there that you have interaction with is always willing to go that extra length it’s refreshing to see that, and it is a rare thing nowadays. Cali. Is one of the employees and she has a profound depth of automotive parts and understanding so if you’re a female customer understand and know they have a mixed group up there so you will feel welcome and not intimidated like most females would in a male dominated environment like a part store. They’re great I can’t say enough good about any of them. They are all the best my favorite O’Reillys in the entire Valley. Thanks guys for all your hard work.

For the past two days O’Reillys employees had and issue with their personal car and allow this tow truck to block the only legally way going into circle k. For two days so people were force to either go towards the vineyard and make a u turn to just go into circle k without braking the law. However this was such an inconvenience for every one wasting our time and o Reilly’s didn’t care not even once not only that so many cars were force to enter the circle k illegal from which I saw. This place has no respect for the community
