Good Sam Roadside Assistance had Poly's Towing respond to my call. Gentleman showed up and I can't remember a more pleasant and friendly person. Worked in the cold rain and wind to change my tire. I am very proud to offer this review and highly recommend them. Insurance (Good Sam) covered the cost so I have no comment on the price.

I won’t call my insurance company again. This is by far the best and fastest solution. Respectful of property, very kind and very quick. Honest when estimating time of arrival

I am very pleased when our car broke down l was given Poly's number. I called and the call was answered right away. I told him my situation and he set up a time right away for the next day (because it was very late in the evening) I am 71 years of age do not know how to navigate around the phone, Poly even helped me with that, he is the kindest person you ever want to meet and deal with. This will always be my go to company for car emergencies. Thank you for relieving my anxiety and making the first step of the situation easy.

A very nice, helpful, thoughtful, kind gentleman. He came immediately, kept in contact with me while on his way to my location, tried to get my vehicle going, & referred me to a mechanic.

Incredibly quick, professional, and efficient service was how I would describe polys towing. Poly was there not even 20 mins after we had called when my boyfriend’s car was misfiring at westgate lol. And on a busy Friday afternoon, it was feeling such for me as I typed "Tow truck services" I to Google. Luckily for me Poly was the first number that I called after seeing 5.0 ⭐. He answered quickly and provided incredible customer service right from the get-go. He gathered basic information like car distance and all that and gave me a **very, very, very reasonable quote. **I am positive that his quotes were well below any other company. He said he could be on his way in 30 minutes and to text me the pickup address. He was very punctual with all timing. He kept me up to date where he was at even after picking my car up. He got my car loaded up and out of here in 10 minutes, chatting and just being a real nice individual. As we were chatting, he shared some knowledge about hooking up the car for to keep it sturdy and secure and other details. You can tell he has the experience and professionalism of an expert. I paid via Zelle. Price was as quoted. Gave him a decent tip because customer service like his is far and few in between. My car was dropped off safely at my brother's house in perfect condition 20 minutes later. If you have gotten this far and have not decided to pressed that call button, just do it.

We thought the day was off to a rough start, little did we know we just found our new tow guy. Something that is very important to have when your classic is transformed from a trailer queen to a daily driver. It’s been some time since we needed a tow, but now we feel comfortable that no matter where we go in town, we have backup if needed. Did a great job and we are very pleased overall.

Poly quickly got to me on the side of the freeway even in heavy traffic, carefully loaded my heavy Volkswagen EV and we were underway in under 10 minutes after he arrived. He was super friendly and got me to the tire shop fast and ahead of closing. I highly recommend his towing service!

Polys Towing was amazing. My truck broke down, and the first thing the guy did when he showed up was give me some peace of mind, basically telling me that stuff happens and not to assume the worst. That honestly took a huge weight off my shoulders. They treated me like a person, not just another job, and were super easy to talk to. They gave me solid advice, explained everything, and just made the whole process way less stressful. Definitely a five-star experience. I can’t recommend them enough.

I worked with Poly’s Towing LLC and i was extremely satisfied with their service and responsiveness. My vehicle has a bad transmission and i needed to get my car towed over to the service center. i called Poly’s Towing and the man on the phone set a pick up for 9am. The tow driver made it to my home right on time, exactly at nine, stuck to their previous quoted price and had me where i needed to be in less than 30 minutes! I totally recommend this company to anyone who needs a tow on their vehicle.

OMG, Jose was the man for me! Him and his partner took such good care of everything. They were conscientious about my yard and plants. My office conex was delivered without delay. I was amazed at the skill of the driver of that big rig. I couldn't believe he could maneuver that truck around in such small spaces. I could not be Happier!
