The people here are the best, very friendly helpful and informative. However, the reason for the 1 star is for the stuff they sell. I bought a battery from them in June 2024. When the car went for regular service in January 2025 the dealership indicated the battery had an issue. I drove from dealership straight to O'Reilly and indeed they saw the issue. Replaced the battery with a brand new one for free. Fast forward to July 2025 and the story repeated. This time around O'Reilly did not find any problems, said the dealership were probably trying to upsell. Yesterday first week of February 2026 car started acting up again, and it's the battery again. All electronics are dead, cannot signal, roll down windows, even the electronic power steering feels like manual steering. The 760 Amp rated battery is barely putting put 400. So now I am out nearly $700 for a junk battery from O'Reilly. You can have the best, nicest, most knowledgeable people around but if you have them selling junk it's not going to work. Will never go to another O'Reilly again.

Return customer as engine light was on for a few days but then disappeared.. Eli from counter, the best. Replaced my disintegrating 2017 RV air filter. Tightening my license plate bolts. Added some fuel filter cleaner. Running again w/o engine light.

Their reputation precedes them. Excellent service!!! Thanks again.

Megan the assistant manager is a true gem. She helped me with my car problems all the way to the solution and I left the store with a working car and am very pleased.

They had the part I needed to repair my car. My parts person was helpful.

Every time I go into this particular auto parts store I'm greeted by the gentleman named Rick. He is always friendly and super helpful. He really knows his stuff. I'm to the point where I won't go to any other auto parts store because they don't have Rick. He's amazing.

I stopped in for a cover plate screw and the manager helped me to put it in. Great store great manager thank you for your help.

Amazing service and experience today. I believe the gentleman's name was Gary. He not only found my dead battery was covered under warranty but he also changed it out for me at 12-noon in the heat in probably less than 15 minutes. He also checked my alternator. I highly appreciate all of the service today! I will be a customer for LIFE!

I just wanted to take a moment and share an awesome service experience I had yesterday with Eli! My van A/C was giving me some issues and I thought the relay was bad so I went to purchase a replacement. Even though he did not have to, Eli came outside in the blazing heat and helped me test and replace the relays. When that did not solve my issue, he was able to diagnose the problem and discovered the root cause which was a bad connection at the front blower. Not only did he save me money and time, but most importantly made me look good for the wife! Thanks for going above and beyond!

I went in for a new battery and was pleasantly surprised when the O’Riley crew took charge and replaced the battery in my truck after I made the purchase. That was so easy! Thank you Eric!

Eli was amazing. Always go to O'Reilly's if my check engine light comes on. Even if it's just to read the codes before I go to the mechanic to make sure I'm not getting screwed.

I went to O'Reilly today because the battery in my truck died last night. I got help from Rick, who was so kind and quick to help me diagnose the problem and get it solved. I've been going to this store for years. Every time I get great service. This last time was no exception. Very helpful troubleshooting my problem. One young worker there, Cody, was very kind and helpful. Nice, nowadays, to see a young man that's smart with a great attitude. Highly recommend O'Reilly's

Went in to grab a bulbs for a blinker and a brake light. Elijah quickly looked up what I needed, grabbed the lights from the shelf, and he even helped me install both lights. I was in and out of there super quickly. Elijah was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Always very helpful and reasonably priced. I've been there a couple of times and they are willing to step out to my car and me help me solve a problem. Today, Cody was very helpful in giving me a hand to get me the parts I needed and get a stubborn and old part loose and replaced.

Walked in right as they opened, Dustin diagnosed and got me everything I needed, as well as fixed my rattling problem under my car! Dustin is the man! Would definitely recommend this O'Reilly's.

I had a amazing experience here with Misty. I was having a long day a purchased a battery from a bike shop. It came brand new missing bolts that were need to connect my bike to power. After visiting 4 other places this was my last resort. I called misty and she said that they have bolt left over from left over batteries. Misty made my day and this will be my 1st stop, for now on. Really appreciate the extra effort to help a customer. Thank you again

Rick was Great! Went above and beyond. Tested my battery and alternator and determined my battery had a bad cell so he sold me a new one gave me a few options and his recommendations then installed the new battery @ no extra charge then retested the whole system and it showed all systems good. Thanks again Rick..

Greg was seriously the most helpful person I've ever met at any O'Reilly Auto parts location hands down. 5 stars isn't enough he helped me get my suburban back on the road!

O'Reilly's customer service. My fender was falling into my tire and he got in there and fastened for me so I wouldn't have to get my dress dirty, then proceeded to make sure it wasn't going to scrape any more by having me turn my wheel. Going above and beyond!

We stopped in on Saturday, 8/11/18, to have our battery checked. Rick, an older gentleman, a retired Marine vet, helped us. What a pleasure this man! He was so helpful & full of spunk. He tested/changed our battery, changed our cabin filter, and air filter. We already got a great deal because we had a warranty on the battery. The pot was sweetened when Rick took care of us. He is the opitamy of exceptional customer service!

These guys are great - very helpful! Have just about everything you need for your auto! Just had a battery installed and Gassam (sorry if i spelled his name wrong) was super helpful (even though installing the new battery was a bit of a challenge).

A couple of weeks ago I went into this O'Reillys to get one of my headlights fixed. The associate who helped me (Eric K.) was very friendly and informative. He even offered to replace the light bulb for me. I'm so glad I went there. Eric was so nice to help me get my headlight fixed so I wouldn't have to worry about getting a ticket. I'll for sure go back the next time I need something.
