Waited an hour for a part to be sent to this store when It showed it was in stock. The transmission fluid I received was opened and missing 1/4 of the fluid! Also brought in a hose that I needed replaced and was given the wrong size. Oh and don't try calling them because you will wait 20 min on hold. Do yourself a favor and go to the Napa on 19th ave instead they actually know what they are doing.
As soon as you walk in the door they are very nice and customer service was A1 from answering the phones to taking care of my order will be back best store in the the west
The staff at the NAPA near me is very friendly and knowledgeable. I had visited two other parts stores, and the parts they sold me turned out to be incorrect. The NAPA pro diagnosed the issue and got me the correct part. I will be a returning customer.
They didn't have the tool we were looking for. No problem we stopped in just to check. The merchandise floor seems a little on the thin side when it comes to stock. A few lights were out giving the store a feeling like it was going out of business or something.
I placed an order online for same-day pickup for a part not even autozone had in stock within 150 miles. Extremely reliable, quick, and the gentleman who helped me at the register was super helpful. Would recommend 100%.
Was stressed because my battery died and Jenny got it changed out for me and also helped me change the battery on my key fob. Her customer service made my day much less stressful
I like the store and all the people have been great until one day some old white lady called me a sir. When I corrected her she just ignored me. People need to learn to leave their problems and bad attitudes at home… Especially when you’re working with people. Or stay in back of the store if you’re having a bad day.
The staff at the NAPA store are extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me take care of the item I was looking for for my car. I would highly recommend going here for all your car needs.
Employee's are amazing, good quality parts. Only complaint is wait time... They're constantly on the phone which seems to take priority over the customers standing in line. Sometimes there's three employees at the registers all of which are on the phone while several customers wait in line. Only reason for the lost star.
Chris is the man! Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Great pricing on front and rear brake pads for my 2011 Ford fusion. I look forward to coming back for all my parts in the future.

I had the privilege of helping deliver packages briefly for one of the delivery services in the area. The customer service representatives were super nice and friendly. They make sure that the needs of the customer taken care of. I had a very positive experience the couple times I was in there. They're not very busy which makes it easy to shop and find what you're looking for. Fairly easy to get in and out of this store easily visible. Great experience for me all around. I would highly recommend this auto parts store.
I come from a family of mechanics. My grandfather owned a shop, uncle, dad, etc. They only use NAPA. NAPA hands down has the best, most reliable after-market parts. This location in particular has spectacular customer service. They are always willing to put in the extra effort to help me find the parts I need. I would specifically recommend this location to anyone.
The friendliest and most helpful parts store that I've ever visited. These gals and guys run this place like a machine! This particular one is open Sunday (see hours) but please be kind. If you call and no one answers, they are with a customer and probably the only person at the store. They will take great care of you!
Worst customer service ever, the lady behind the counter was more interested in visiting with her guest than helping me locate a part. Rude is the perfect word to describe this person. This is the second time I've visited this location and was treated the same way. What a shame...

Just wanted to leave a review for Jeremy, he has always been a huge help now for 2 times in a row, very friendly and knowledgeable, bent over backwards to get me my CV axles that I needed for my truck in a hurry. Very glad that I went to Napa and saw Jeremy to get taken care of! Thank you!

I recently needed to purchase some parts for my GMC truck. When I got to this Napa store I talked with Alonso and he was very knowledgeable professional and he quickly found the parts that I needed. It's very refreshing to find a auto parts store with a knowledgeable courteous person that has very good customer service skills. James at NAPA is very friendly, honest, knowledgeable and goes the extra mile. I do all my purchasing from here now because of him and his excellency in customer service. I've come in with car issues and he has helped me trouble shoot the issue which has saved me a lot of valuable time and money. Thank you James, you deserve a huge pay raise!
Mark from this location on 51st Avenue and bell rd was very very helpful and patient with finding the correct hydraulics to fix my camper shell doors. He ordered the parts and had them to the store within an hour or ordering and also helped me install them on my vehicle. Very helpful and good knowledge of the stores inventory! Great job mark!!
Had a fan clutch go out on my car. Bought a replacement from this location and have had to replace the new part 3 times. Each clutch has been bad. 2 of them were bad right out the box, fan clutch was locked up and making a squeal like a bad bearing. The other lasted a few months but ended up doing the same thing. Had to fight the store to get a warranty replacement, pulled up the account and found my purchase and said that wasn't my purchase and they wouldn't warranty it. Fought with them and got a replacement and of course another bad clutch. So now I have to pull it off yet again and replace it. Maybe the forth one will work correctly
