They were so reliable, went out of there way to assist me when I was confused and we're willing to get their hand dirty to help me resolve my own car issues and explained everything along the way

Robert took amazing care of me, he took the time to ensure I was safe on the road and getting the best possible deal with my battery utilizing my warranty and going the extra mile looking at my existing battery in my car, to top it off he removed my old battery cleaned up all the corrosion and replaced it with the new one, I've never been taken care of this well before, THE BEST!!!

Today's morning shift at this location I am very grateful for I got a flat on the way home from work and had no star or jack I stop in and the manager Ruben was very helpful. I would like to thank you for going the extra mile. Good people really do exist.

Came in to replace my battery and thr employee were quick and knowledgeable to help me out! They even changed my battery for me which was a huge help. Come here for all your simple car needs!

Astin and Chris are the best employees on this auto parts the manager I forget he’s name he’s also a great manager but they need to work on who they allow to work the afternoon shift I had a bad experience yesterday but I give them the benefit of the doubt to fix get better employees on the afternoon shift someone that cares about the customers and the store. 🙏

Omg I came to get my brake lights fixed. They were only $10 and I was having so much problems getting them on and a gentleman Robert who works here was amazing. I was so thankful for him putting it on pretty quick and he showed me how to do it just in case there was any error in the future. I really want you guys to come to this store location if you need help with anything ask for Robert he’s a cool gentleman and he’ll show you how to do it just in case anything needs to be done in the future again thank you so much for the help.

Went to get a new battery and had the pleasure of meeting a gentleman named Robert. He was above and beyond of Amazing! Professional, Kimd, and Respectful! Changed my battery out for me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going for ANY of your vehicle needs here! 5++++++++ Stars

O'reilly's 7435 W Glendale Ave. 3:30 5/5/25 I took two jugs of waste oil in today for proper disposal. The dude behind the counter told me to take it in the back and empty the jugs myself!! I have NEVER been instructed at any auto parts store to dump my own waste oil. So this is O'reilly's idea of customer service? This WAS my go to parts store. THANK YOU!

David was very nice and very well spoken. He also answered the phone on the second ring. Not only was David able to get me my replacement part but it was ordered on the same day and ready to go. The O’Reilly’s 75th Ave., and Glendale location is my new O’Reilly’s homebase. Thank you, David.

The employees At any given O'reilly's, it's very helpull.A nice fast service.And I feel like they go to extra mile for you.I love this place and I think they're parts are cheaper than Autozone.

Hispanic employee with glasses was unprofessional when I inquired about a few items i needed and was laughing to himself. I asked him what was so funny and he just kept laughing to himself mocking me instead of trying to teach or explain anything. I decided to go elsewhere where I wasn't questioned or treated like a toddler for wanting to make a specific purchase. It's none of their business why I want the items I want. That employee needs to be taught professionalism and better customer service.

Autozone told me to come here. So I did, and I will never go to another autozone again. Customer service was outstanding, and they had what I needed quickly. Even when I started bashing on autozone for not being capable, the O'Reilly guy defended them!? Outstanding service 👏

This Policy is suck, I always get battery from OReilly for family of four car for years because it's close to my house. Last battery was bad, test by them and bought from them still under warranty and they refused to replace it because can't pull phone # I no longer have, called customer service, can't pull it either and transfer me to resolution center something with nobody pick up phone so I went to other store brought a new battery No More OReilly for sure

The assistant manager (Ivan) was rude and completely unhelpful. Which is surprising because normally Oreillys is knowledgeable and happy to help. I don't if the dude was having a bad day or what but I definitely won't be going back. The guy didn't want to answer any of my questions and was short. Will make sure to find a different auto parts store next time because it seems like they don't really care about customer service at this place.

Horrible customer service! Just got home from there. I walked in and both associates had their heads buried in their phones. when the girl finally looked up from her phone she could not have seen more annoyed and bothered. Never even smiled or greeted me and seemed absolutely miserable the entire transaction.

The staff here are all so nice and helpful! Tori is definitely my favorite. You can tell she’s a sweet and caring person who always try’s her best to cheer people up! She even changed my car air filters and helped me find the right filter. You’ll often find her bringing her coworkers drinks and snacks. I work at the coffee shop next door and every-time she stops by she never fails to cheer me up when I’m having a bad day. She’s the best!!! Thanks Tori!!

DO NOT SHOP HERE IF YOU SPEAK ONLY SPANISH! The guys hear speaks a little but of Spanish and totally ignored a customer didn’t want to translate or anything! Will be contacting corporate so they get people that are willing to work and put customers first since we are the ones keeping them in business! Totally rude and unprofessional

The worst self-service you can go to to look for your auto part. I really don't understand, a manager can hire unprofessional people. Today I went to look for some spare parts for my car and a person named Ray helped me. He got upset because I interrupted him at the sunflower seed meal and told me that he didn't have anything I was looking for in any other store, much less in the grocery store. O'Reilly. When I left there I went to another O'Reilly store at 75 Avenue & Thomas Rd. I told them what had happened and the person who helped me showed me that they also had all the parts in stock right there where Mr. Ray told me no. I had absolutely nothing.

Well. New store in the neighborhood, in fact just in front to my home. "David" (Idk if that is his name, I took it from the receipt, white man, 50-60 yo). Yeah, he says good morning but the entire attitude is just rude, no matter I thank him every step he had to do to replace my battery. I rather go to another store where I can buy the same product or obtain the same service with a just little bit of nice attitude.

Easily the worst experience I've ever had at an O'Reilly's. Came to this location because the one close to my house didn't have the car battery we needed. Got inside, got the battery and the worker was very rude and said I'd have to wait an hour or longer for another employee to come in if I wanted them to put the new battery in. Since he was all alone and couldn't possibly do it (as I hear other workers talking in the back). The supposed other employee was supposed to be in at 9 but "is lazy" so probably wouldn't be there until 10. I'm 30 weeks pregnant and had a grumpy toddler in tow. There's no way I could wait that long, so I said we could take the battery and figure it out but I might need my car jumped to leave and go home. He ignored me and answered the phone while I, again 30 weeks pregnant, carried my crying toddler and the huge probably 50lb battery out to my car. Thank goodness my car started on it's own and I didn't have to go back inside to ask for a jump. Now I have no idea how I'm going to install this battery, and I cried the whole 20min drive home. I love the O'Reilly's near my house and had high expectations of good customer service at this location as well. Was very let down.

so I go in the store for returns tonight and am told they won't return the product because it was installed and my warranty has expired because its past the 90 day. Well the products that were purchased were defective and on top of it I not only had limited lifetime warranty on all of them with original receipts but I also still had 3 days till my 90 mark. I told my husband who then called and asked when will the store manager be in and the corporate customer service #. In which he was told in the morning and there is no number. We have been going there for over 13 years and since this little girl has come at this location we have had nothing but lies and disrespectful customer service. And when my husband asked what time will the manager will be in she refused to tell him. He said you have now lied to 2 people on 4 subjects and said who am I speaking to so I can report what your incompetence and she she I don't have to give you nothing. To which he said im not arguing with a little girl with no knowledge or respect and wanted to know what time the manager was in and during this had hung up on him. Not only were we able to return the items, we also just had to type in oriellys corporate customer service number and what do you know, another lie, the do have a cooperate customer service #. We will not be returning here again and if you see this no name short young girl with zero automotive knowledge walk right back out. However if you get Jesus or Michelle then you can expect great knowledgeable service with respect. Hope this helps the next person who WILL have these issues with this person. Very helpful staff. The young man that helped me had a great knowledge for what he was doing. He was delightful and had a very pleasant attitude. Thanks to the staff. I would gladly go in here again if they have what I need. It doesn't hurt that it's right by the Goodwill either.
