Never go to this place ever. I sat there for 10 minutes. Waiting for them to open. Only to hear that. The appointment I scheduled on Tuesday they had no tech for. If they had no tech, why did they schedule me for Thursday at eight A.M.?.
Brandon and the crew took great care of me and my family! Can't say enough about how quickly, professionally and positively these folks treated me and mine. Unfortunately what I thought was going to be a tire patch FOR FREE turned into a purchase due to the location of the puncture. Instead of trying to upsell me on a whole set of tires or even 2 of them the manager had my tire IN STOCK and had the whole kit and kaboodle done in only an hour longer than I was quoted for a patch job. I can't wait to come back for more 5 star service.
I always come here with no problems however this time the technician failed to complete the required work. I discovered the issue before leaving the shop and had to come back with the vehicle the next day to have the work completed. Apparently there is no quality control measures in place to ensure all the work is complete.
Great customer service. Matt and Omar were very helpful and super nice! They were thorough and got my car repairs done. I had to use my warranty and Big Brand Tires took care of all the challenges with dealing and navigating through the warranty asks. I highly recommend them and will be using them for any future car repairs.
Omar Great guy at the computer checkout great service from him most definitely will recommend ✓ ☝🏻 he gave me all the important information over the phone when I called I definitely needed two new front car tires and they had them in stock & showed me the paperwork when I got there 👍🏻 he knows his tire information - $100 cheaper than discount tire !
Plus they had free hot coffee and water while I waited definitely would come back here again !
I was greeted immediately we talked about what was needed and the job was done quickly. Omar was great! I think I have a new place for my vehicle oil changes and repairs.

Ricci is the best store manager ever! He helped my son get his tires fixed with no problems even tho every other within a 10 mile radius was giving him problems or trying to over charge him! Great people and great business
Great service from all personnel - they were willing to squeeze me in for a patch on my tire and while unable to get me patched due to the nail impacting the side, they were able to get me a quote on a replacement tire and also offered to get the spare on. If Walmart won’t replace mine for free, then I will happily take my service to big brand
First time getting service from this company and I am impressed by the quality of service and professionalism. Ricky was great taking my call and being honest with me. The mechanic who diagnosed my problem with spot on and made the repairs in a timely manner. Great overall customer service. Now I will have them take care all my vehicles.
Omar was a big, big help. I told him what I needed done/replaced, and they handled it perfectly. It took awhile for the tires to come in, but it was well worth it. The guys there were very professional, straight to the point and they didn’t BS me with extra services or anything like that. Unfortunately I don’t know the other gentleman’s name that work in the front desk, but both him and Omar were great. I highly? Highly recommend their services. 10/10.
Had to get 2 front tires and I was explained about which tires to purchase . And when I should get them rotated. Very helpful and polite I enjoyed the experience. Will go back again and recommend them to others.
The manager was excellent in helping me understand what my car needed as far as alignment and tires go. There was a miscommunication on the type of tires that were needed for my car but was very reasonable and helped a lot. They earned a regular customer today, I highly recommend this store for all your car needs :)
I've been to this location on 51st Ave & Cactus several times. The front guys are always friendly and courteous with excellent communication. I'm very much enjoying having my services done here now.
Staff at 1221 N 51st Ave, Phoenix, was very friendly and accommodating. Price point on new Continental tires beat Discount Tires and other tire service providers. This is the first time dealing with Big Brand, and a good experience.
The staff was very friendly, great to talk to and attentive to the customers even when it got busy I had an overall great experience with the staff and the service I got I had to get 4 new tires with a warranty which was reasonable and very thankful for their assistance on the tires I definitely would come back to them. Thank you Omar for assisting me today I had a great experience!!

Wow what a whirlwind of crap I had to deal with over the last month with my 2016 Nissan Altima. To make a very long, frustrating story short, Ricky the new store manager got a customer for life. He didn’t start the mess with my car, but really fixed it in the end. You can go to this Big Brand and know you are not going to get the run around. Thank you Ricky for keeping my car on the road, but moreover thank you for the fantastic customer service. I hope your superiors read these reviews and know they have a great person managing this location! I will be back with my other vehicles and will tell everyone I know about the service I received here.
Matt also does a great job on the phones. He makes everyone feel extra special and truly wants to get and keep the customers business!
We worked with Matt at thr 12251 N 51St Ave Glendale, AZ 85304 to get a prepurchase inspection done on a used car. They were super helpful and point out everything wrong with the car, and gave a detail rrport. The best part, the service was completely free! Highly recommend the Big Brand Tire and Service Team!
Omar was awesome. I had a problem with my TPMS light being on l, not the tire light and was told that the TPMS light is always on. Well no it isn't. I called Big Brand and spoke with Omar and he told me to bring it in. I got there he got me right in and it was a couple of sensors that were bad. We were able to get those fixed and the light went out. He had just taken over this location and his customer service was out of this world. Thanks Omar for treating us like people and not just a number.
There was a hiccup at first with my 22's not arriving to the shop before my appointment and I was told it would have to be done tomorrow instead which was not a option because my tires were badly worn and I had just arrived to the shop that's 12 miles away from home. As I was struggling to find nearby shops that have them in stock, Matt came up to my car 5 min later and said that the van just pulled up with my tires and are able to install them as originally told. Matt sincerely apologized for the hiccup and gave us a discount for the inconvenience. They installed them within the hour and the staff let us know about an upcoming issue with the control arms. Although my experience was disappointing at first Matt and his staff really came through tonight and got it done before closing time. I appreciate the effort that Matt made to give us a better overall experience. I do not regret the long drive and traffic to his shop. This is one of the good ones! They for sure have my business for the next set of tires down the road. Thanks for everything!
yesterday I went in to get my boyfriends tire repaired because there was a nail, we walked in told the person at the desk what service we needed, he said okay that will be easy he took are keys and went and looked at are car my boyfriend told him which tire it is which he completely ignored, so Someone else walks in to get their tire patched while we are sitting and they make him sign something which we didn’t have to sign or anything and they get to his car immediately while our car is still sitting where we parked so by now it’s been over an hour. We’ve been waiting wasting our time with these people. The guy comes out and tells us that they’re working on our car, but I look over in our car still sitting in the same parking spot. Our car has not moved. And I know our car has not moved because I know the way I parked and it was a little crooked and it was the same way the whole hour and a half. We were there so then the guy tells us at the desk that our tire is not replaceable that we need a whole new tire saying our tire is bald but the only tire bald on our car was the one on the front passenger side and the tire that had the nail was the back driver side so they really just try to scam us out of a 200 and something dollar tire so we grabbed our keys and left and went to Rocky point tire, which is what we should’ve done in the first place because we love that place but we didn’t know they were open yesterday because it was a Sunday so I do not recommend this place. They’re lazy disrespectful unprofessional. Some more of the story they never took our car back never even Gave a good look at it they just wasted our time
The sign shows Full Service Auto Repair but after I spent $950 to replace a couple of heater hoses my truck still leaking. Marc the manager said his mechanics don’t work on diesels. He should have told me that from the start. Stay away from this place unless you have time to waste and a back up location to complete the work. a
My tire blew up after getting it blown, apparently my tires are more than 5 years old from the place I bought it from. So I broke down and had to get towed there. Was far away but worth every penny to come there. Great customer service, financing options and four tires replaced was around $640 .. one tire replacement was around $189 out the door. They said would take a hour l. Great place, and can go shopping at Albertsons / Starbucks inside next door while you wait or GameStop or Eyeglasses - location is at a shopping center. A+++
I was able to order my tires online in the morning, drop my car off around 4pm and was out with 4 new tires within an hour and a half. Service was great and am looking forward to working with this location in the future 😊 close up is my tire before. Definitely needed new ones before heading out of town for a work trip.
The guys at BBTS were very helpful and answered my questions. They told me things that my car needed and I know they were truthful, because some things that they found that needed to be replaced, they unfortunately were not able to do. I appreciate their honesty and integrity.
Update 4/30/21 Same story as before. Quality service with knowledgeable staff!!! Love this place!
They are on the higher end of price but give excellent customer service! I went in to get some tires mounted and was very impressed with my overall experience. The staff was very knowledgeable and willing to work with me on a unique alignment issue. My recommendation is strictly on quality of work and customer service. These guys know what’s up!
