HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ! Two girls up from mom and daughter (man voice) I’m assuming RUDE hate their job need to find something better to do with their lives. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here.

Great service. Had 5 vehicles that I needed. One need to pull parts from one!

Very rude customer service ladies at the front. They ask you what part your coming in for so the can tell you what card they have there that would fit the car your needing the part for. I like that there was a sink with some soap to wash your hands off outside the junk yards building. No restrooms to use unfortunately. Not a lot of carts for use if you’re getting a bigger part. No re-entrance so come prepared with all the tools you need(and ones you think you might not!)

Well organized. 2 $ to get in. Got a radiator and they gave me a 30 day guarantee. Pretty cool for a scrap yard!

Walked into this place and immediately get treated like Im stealing parts. Their service is just plain rude. And their prices are way high and not the same across Pull and Save locations. Why does a headlamp in the North Phoenix cost less than the glendale location?? I think they make up the prices just based on your appearance. That or if they are having a bad day. These guys are running a scam. No reply can take away from the way they act here. Avoid at all costs.

This place is a joke. Their prices are a rip off. I can get these prices on eBay. And without the rude service. No wonder they closed their Glendale auto parts location. The sooner they go out of business the better.

I love the sale however you didn't have enough carts and you didn't have anyone transporting people or parts through the yard. Then the line to check out was long with someone standing to tell me I'm next. I know I'm next it's a line.

Cars are easy to find, old and gone through but the ladies working the front counter are very knowledgeable. I would give 5 stars if they had some newer inventory

Highly do not recommend selling your vehicle here. They will quote you one thing over the phone, then when you get your car towed here they will lower the price and give you less. Very unprofessional and the communication between everyone is horrible. **Edited** they will also respond to your review in a passive aggressive tone without noting full interaction (as seen below). My father passed away so I was selling his vehicles to pay for funeral costs, and miscommunication between the store itself and the person who quoted me the cost of the vehicles actually cost me hundreds of dollars difference in what I actually received and what was quoted. They even said that it was their mistake, but I still had to take the hit for it. They are truly insensitive with no accountability. Being said, even more highly do not recommend.

I’mma be honest to you I really just go to find random stuff Because most of the time I go looking for a specific part, I will never find it People don’t care they just break stuff or they don’t take it apart properly so they break half of the stuff that’s there And don’t even get me started on the pricing holy moly I wanted to get a roof rack for my wife’s car the whole thing with the crossbars I wanted to charge 100 bucks I went to another junk car. They charged me $58 for the whole thing. Prices are ridiculous way overpriced. I try to do my research before I go just to make sure I’m getting a fair deal because sometimes you go there you get the part and they charge you as much as a brand new part anyway so you might as well buy a brand new part instead of buying and pulling your own.

Terrible place .. I used to come here all the time and spend my money here but no more. Me and my husband got kicked out for “breaking windows” even though we did not . A customer told the front that we were breaking windows and they didn’t even listen to our side of the story and believed the customer. We had a handful of stuff we were going to purchase and had to leave . Will never return , the blonde girl manager person was extremely rude and disrespectful.

Great place to find the part you need,Great service they offer a map and specific numbered rows were you will find your vehicle.and you got your choice pull the one you want and take up front Check out is fast.

The manager and cashier who checked me out Andrea and Natalie did such a good job helping me with my order. I was very happy that I got a discount on all of my interior parts thanks to their promotional sale.

Went in to get a coil for a Dodge 3.8l and they wanted more than a brand new one at the parts store. Because I didn't like that price everything I bought was over priced for used parts. It's not cheaper to go to the junkyard in 2025. I would recommend getting to know an employee at the parts store same hoping they can get you the employee discount for cheaper parts. Maybe they thought I was putting it in a charger or Challenger with the v6 option but $50 for a coil for a Dodge mini van is Ludacris. I'll get a brand new one for$1 less and drove to Phoenix. $16.88 for 2 plug wires and 1 vacuum line. Pretty sure those are cheaper brand new too.

This yard had everything and then some. Was able to come away with what I needed plus a little more. The prices are actually very reasonable which allow me to pick up a few more things I needed for other vehicles. shout out to the reception and check out staff that's a five star crew

It has a pretty good at selections of vehicles to choose from. The only downside is customer service is a little bit rude and pushy. In addition, the one in Phoenix has better pricing than the one in Glendale. If I had a choice I would rather go to the Phoenix pull and save but unfortunately this location had the parts I needed for my vehicle. But be prepared to pay more and do your own research because the customer service reps have no clue.

This place helped me solve a problem. After having my 2007 BMW 328 repaired for a broken drivers side door lock, I discovered that the insulation shield was not put back in place within the door panel. As a result, there was lots of noise in the cabin of my car. The shop claimed it was missing from the start. Rather than debate with them, I took myself to Pull N Save and was able to find the replacement part within a few minutes. It cost me a total of $3 for access into the yard and they didn’t charge me for the part. I’m very pleased! Thank you!

Today I went to get a exterior mirror, ($24.99), a dome light, ($13.99, and a seat,($64.99), and the lady said the total is $156. I asked why so much? She said fine $136 with no warranty. The total for today was supposed to be $103.97 and tax, so maybe $112.50. What is going on over there? Are they working on commission now or something? That was very unprofessional, and horrible customer service. I don't know her name but I checked out at 3:00 pm. Plus since I didn't have a warranty, I got no receipt. Wow, this is very disappointing. I hope all of the other facilities are not changing to this kind of customer service.

This was my third time going to pick and pull on W. Northern Ave it started out as a great day as I would normally look forward to meeting everyone at Pull N Save with a smile. Except October 7/2025 turn in to a nightmare I purchased a wiper Cowell and armrest for my 2011 Chrysler 200 and Arm Rest and a Battery Box for my 03 dodge Durango which add to $42.42 during this day I pulled a Radio from a 2011 Chrysler Sebring that they had put a price on for $85 dollars and two of the plastic inserts for driver side and passenger side without without windows and door controls and and 20 items in small plastic door pannel clips and screws which would of added to $15.00 new in my research online. Pull N Save wanted to charge me $200 dollars all together for everything I had purchased. So $45.42 +$85.42 +$25.53= $146.26 total subtract $146.26 - $200 = $54.74 they wanted to charge me more for the items. This isn't good business this is a scam.

I came way before closing time and lady told me they were closed even though they weren’t. Look at the time and told the lady and she told me we are closed and gave me an attitude about it. I decided to just leave and not worry about it but she kept tell me to leave even when I was leaving. Super unprofessional behavior and do not recommend coming here. Was my first time here and get treated like this. Not acceptable would expect better customer service. Taking my business elsewhere.

They have a nice selection of vehicles but you really have to look what you are looking for sometimes because this location doesn't have some common vehicles so you have to go to there other lot. When you checkout -pay make sure that you tell them you don't want the warranty because they will add it on there without asking you. Besides that the girls that work there are supper friendly & if you have a question they will definitely try to help you. They also have a huge selection of drinks from water, sold a, energy drinks etc! They also have vehicles for sale as well I saw this one plus other ones as well.

WATCH YOUR RECEIPTS! They continue their deceitful business practice. Went in and happened to find the part that I needed already removed in the trunk of the same car. Went up to pay, declined the OPTIONAL warranty they automatically add. As soon as I was handed my receipt the cashier immediately turned around and pretended I wasn't still standing there. I stood there looking at the receipt. They were trying to charge me for the bolts based on the number of bolt holes on the part. The same bolts that are scattered by the thousands on the floor of their yard. At no point did I place bolts on the cashier counter or tell them I had extra bolts they needed to charge me for. I only placed the single part on the counter and said JUST THAT. When I asked why I was being charged for non existent bolts she replied "you didn't remove them"? These people are charging you on "assumptions" and also nickel and diming everything .

I've always wanted to "restore" an old car. Finally able to do so and visited Pull-n-Save for the first time. I know I got lucky, but I was able to find everything I was looking for and a few parts I never thought I'd find. I'll definitely be going back. It's fun to see what's available to make mine better.

First time coming to this location , it’s still $2 to get in gets you in other locations, place is nice !! I loved the set up on the wall with the break down of the vehicle!!! So helpful for customers. Please do not take parts in people!! There are signs otherwise you will be charged. It was a far drive for me BUT I picked up a part needed for my car!! So we’ll worth the drive.
