After my A/C died during a cross country drive … on a 108 degree day in Phoenix … Eric fixed my A/C on the spot while I waited a short time. He also found and fixed an issue with my radiator that would have failed on me soon. If I lived here in Phoenix, Eric and Three Roots would be my mechanic! Thanks!!!
This has been the best find in auto care! From an oil change to brake job to replacing a window regulator...service has been top notch! We will be coming back for all our car needs! Prices are competitive. Hours always worked with our schedule.
Erik, Hunter and his team were great to work with. They were able to schedule me within a day and worked tirelessly to repair my vehicle, even with unplanned repairs that came after the initial issue was addressed. They are trustworthy and did excellent work.
New shop. They are still getting their operations set up but you can tell these guys are honest knowledgeable mechanics. Pricing was fair and transparent and they did good work.
The crew at Three Roots saved me ~$2K when compared to the estimates I received by other shops in town. They took the time - and made the effort - to more thoroughly diagnose what was going on with my eighteen year old Toyota FJ Cruiser, rather than simply reading the trouble codes and basing estimates solely on those data. They literally made the difference between selling the vehicle - which I love, and was reluctant to part with - and choosing to keep it and invest in the repairs.
Their communication throughout the repair process was excellent, and they provided a full and transparent accounting of the costs and time required to fix everything.
The quality of the work they did was exceptional; the old FJ runs and "feels" better than it ever has, and no follow-up visits were required to address outstanding issues or new problems. The work was done right the first time, which is refreshing.
Three Roots is a low overhead business that provides honest and quality service at - at least in my case - a significant savings versus other shops. If you want your vehicle repaired right and don't mind foregoing a fancy waiting area or some of the other amenities you pay for at higher-overhead shops, IMHO you can't do better than Three Roots. I won't hesitate to bring my FJ back to them if new problems arise in the future.
These guys are great. I run a shop around the corner from them and needed a short notice oil change. Had me drop off, prioritized my car and had it done in an hour. Great guys and super funny to boot. Thanks guys

Three Roots Auto Care is the best!! I’ve taken my truck a few times now and every experience has been great. They’re transparent, hassle-free, and very reasonably priced. Erik is super knowledgable, takes time to answer my questions and never makes me feel pressured or confused about repairs.
Its hard to find honest and friendly auto shops these days, but these guys have definitely earned my trust! Highly recommend.

These guys do great work for my company vehicles. They have bent over backwards many times to get us up and going as soon as humanly possible. Time is money and they save me a lot of both! I prefer to support local businesses and you should too!
