They were there super fast at 6 am. Took me all the way from the Ann St exit in Montgomery to my apartment in Prattville for a very low flat fee! So friendly and professional and very quick!
Was there waiting for over 2 and a half hours for someone to come open the gate so we could get our truck, I had to called twice cause they keep saying someone was on the way, the lady who answered rudely said she didn't had control of the traffic, and came in with the surprise that our truck had a flat tire,so unprofessional, there's a sign that says $50 fee to open gate after business hour's, but we waited for the longest during business hours, I had to called out at my job cause there was no way I was going to make it on time😡😡
I called between 5 and 5:30 this morning. At 7:00 AM I had my wife wait on the car while I walked to AutoZone. I picked up parts, walked back, and fixed car. At 8:00AM the wrecker had still not arrived. The gal that answered the phone apologized and credited my bill. I am frustrated.
