I turned in my key and my title in person. They said they would pick up my jeep in two days took them several days to get it. Then I had a few people call me asking the same questions over and over again yet no one knew what was going on. The offered me a certain amount and I took screen shots just in case. They still tried to low ball me for whatever reason, I told the hit from being fed up “if you want to low ball me that’s fine but do not lie to me because I have the screen shots” his voice changed and apologized and agree with what I was offered in the beginning. It was annoying talking to so many people and having to explain the same thing, then the tow truck guy calls me asking for the keys smh, the key was turned in days before he picked up my car. They are all over the place BUT they did send me my check for what they originally had offered. So it’s up to you to use them or not.

I sold a car to these people. They bait you in with a price they will pay and will not pay the amount quoted. It took a week to cash their check. I had to use one of the check cashing places which charged me $200. It was nothing they said or did that compares to when you call them. They paint you a pretty picture while screwing you over. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!!!!
The process of getting a price for the sale of my car over the phone was fairly easy and they offered the best price. Once I accepted their offer things went down hill fast. I was promised the driver would have a check in hand and give us at least an hours notice before picking it up. As our vehicle was about an hour from our home this was critical and I related this to them. On the day of pickup the driver did not call and by the time we got to the car he had left to go to another pickup and said he would be back shortly. We waited about 45 minutes before calling their office and being told that since we were not there it could be several more hours. We were also told that the driver would not have a check and we would have to come to their office to get paid once the car was picked up. Only after informing them that that was not acceptable and unless I had a check in my hand where the car was within 30 minutes the deal was off did they honor their commitments. This company is either extremely incompetent or engaging in deceptive business practices. IN the interest of brevity I have left out a lot of stressful details but I would not call them again.
