This company is VERY unprofessional EXTREMELY unreliable and the communication service is POOR at best. Do not waste your time or energy dialing them. Guy told me to text him the address where I needed service and it would take 1hr for him to arrive. He never showed up after the hour came and passed never answered the call neither did he reply to my text message.
These guys are a blessing. I had a sudden blow out far from the nearest exit lay at night and of course my spare wasn’t any good but About Time was there to help. I’m assuming the owner and his amazing wife got my vehicle loaded up in minutes. They coordinated their process within minutes and my car was loaded up and on its way. Very professional operation and he did photograph the vehicle before and after which conveys a sense of responsibility on his behalf to make sure your vehicle is cared for. I highly recommend this great tow service anytime of the day.
They should change the name to about a long time towing. My niece got her car towed it took forever. The owner seem weird. The truck they was using to tow wasn’t in any shape to tow. I told my niece to stop being cheap and call all about towing but here’s the thing she mistaking this company for them. Just a disaster!! DON’T RECOMMEND. Copart a big company they said the same.
