What clients say about Interstate Hale Towing Ltd. in Montgomery (AL)
My college roommate's car broke down on her way back to ASU Montgomery late on a Friday. they called me in a panic and I looked up Interstate Hale because they had solid reviews. Called for her while they stayed with the car. Dispatcher was calm and straightforward, gave a clear ETA, and the driver got there without making her wait too long alone on the side of the road. they texted me afterward saying he was totally professional and they felt safe the whole time. For a young woman alone at night waiting for a tow, that's what counts most.
What I want to say about Interstate Hale Towing is that they treated the whole situation like it was routine, which honestly is exactly what I needed. My car died near the Eastdale area on a Tuesday and I was already dreading the whole process of finding a company, getting a price, waiting, wondering if they'd actually show up. Every one of those things went smoothly. They answered right away, the quote was clear, the driver arrived within the window they gave me, and the price didn't change. I've had bad experiences before where the quote and the invoice were two different conversations. That didn't happen here.
Blew a tire on I-65 southbound heading into Montgomery at night. Not a slow leak, just a full blowout, and the car pulled hard before I got it to the shoulder. It was dark, the shoulder was narrow, and I had my kids in the back seat which made the whole thing ten times more stressful than it would have been otherwise. Called Interstate Hale Towing and the dispatcher asked immediately if everyone was okay before anything else. That mattered. Driver showed up in about 35 minutes, had reflective gear on, kept my kids calm while he talked us through what was happening, and got the car loaded safely. I don't know what I would have done without them that night.
