I request roadside assistance about 1 pm today. No start and check engine light. Driver(Antonio came about 2:15) good timing. He was not very nice at all. Very rude over the phone. Maybe he was having a bad day. He got here, parked In front of my car and called me again. Asked me what was wrong with my car. I told him. My key was left inside of the vehicle for him. I was sitting on my porch. He called again and said typically the customer is out here when we arrive. I guess he wanted me at the car. I didn’t see a need for that. I stayed on my porch and watched him. He said he was going to cancel the call… he left. Pissed me offfff. I called ideal back and spoke with a young lady, very nice and understanding. She dispatch CED- he came within the next 15-20 minutes( life saver) totally different experience. CED took this 0 star rating experience to a 5 star rating. Thanks you.
We found Ideal Roadside through our Life360 paid plan. My daughter broke down in our car and needed a tow and not only did Terry show up promptly, but he was kind and down to earth while he got our car home and back in our driveway! 10/10 would recommend to anyone and would use their service again!
This company is nothing short of top notch! Unfortunately had to use their towing services but Xavier got me ratcheted up in about 45 mins during a busy time of day in a tight parking lot to get me home. Then Marc Anthony was even better with an appointment made through my Allstate app for getting me to the mechanic. He even had me moving so efficiently that morning that he got to the mechanic before I did. Awesome, respectful knowledgeable guys.
Mark Anthony you are an angel from above. You helped us out without question. You are kowledgable, kind, safe, and did your job like nobodys business. He showed up in 20 minutes of the call. The payment was very,very affordable and absolutely reasonable. No hassle towing. Thank you so, so, so , so very much. If my car could thank you it would. Your by far the best towing service around.

The service worked as seamlessly as tying my shoes this morning. Makes other services look like garbage. Walter knocked the job out just a few minutes. Wouldn’t bother with any other tow service
Broke down 5 hours from home, Ced was out in 15 minutes! He was an amazing guy very helpful! Made a nightmare into a pretty good day honestly! Fully recommend this guy!!

I would avoid doing business with this tow company. I had recently won an impound no reserve auction for the starting bid through Ideal's bidding platform. When I went to arrange picking up the vehicle, the person tried to say that "oh, well there was supposed to be a reserve" despite there not being a reserve on the vehicle. Very unethical practice for an auction. Come to find out, they wanted $150 more for the vehicle and are upset that it was one for the starting bid. I would HIGHLY recommend utilizing ANY OTHER tow service as there are plenty in the Montgomery area. Do yourself a favor and avoid bidding on any of their impound vehicles.
Great company and tow drivers. Xavier (hope the spelling is correct) was here promptly. His mannerisms were second to none. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. It was like talking to someone I've known my whole life. I would personally recommend him any day. Thanks again Xavier and Ideal Roadside for the help. Wish I could give 10 stars!!!
Had a blowout at 10:45 PM on a cold, rainy night. Ideal Roadside Assistance was the only company that responded immediately and actually showed up. Dispatch was fast and professional, the driver was respectful and efficient, and the price was very reasonable; no price gouging. Reliable, responsive, and professional when it mattered most. Highly recommend!
James is the man that came out to help me with my flat tire. He is AMAZING! Before he even arrived, he impressed me. He made sure that I knew how long it would take for him to get to me (20 minutes). He worked quickly and professionally. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks so much!
First time and I pray it’s my last. The dispatcher needs to learn better communication skills. I wish I would have read the reviews first before calling. I was stuck on the side of the road with a blow out for almost 2 hours. I tried to call the dispatcher after a hour after she told me someone will be out to change my tire in 45 minutes but she never answered. At this point I had got frustrated and Cj walker gave me a call and told me he was 25 minutes out. ( He was great and fast he the only reason I gave them 2 stars). But then she told him I was some where else instead of the right location but so happened I seen him driven in the wrong way or I will have me been still stuck. But like I said before thanks CJ Walker.
Terry came out to jump my wife’s car at 1 am. He was courteous, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I highly recommend ideal roadside to provide help when you need it and don’t be afraid to ask for Terry by name as he will have you covered.

Ideal Roadside did a great job from start to finish. They are affordable compared to most. I called another company before them and they wanted 200+ dollars. Ideal only charged me 131 to pick the car up and take it to another city. They also came within 20 minutes of my call to them. The other company said it would have been a hour. Ill use them again if I have to and I recommend them over many.keep up the great service ideal!
Be careful if you receive Marcus as a driver !!!! My 1 year old son iPad was missing after he dropped my car off to my mechanics home and I arrived ten minutes after him. To steal from a child is sooo freaking low especially from someone who spent their hard earned money with the company you work for!!! Wish I would’ve chose another towing company ! Awful I’m only leaving a one star to bring awareness to others.

They were great! We set up the tow through our insurance and they communicated with us when the driver would be there. The driver, Mike, texted us to verify our location and called to let us know he was headed to us. He had the car loaded and on the way to the shop in under 15 minutes and arrived under the ETA. Mike and Ideal were great after a terrible experience with another company. I cannot recommend them enough!
