Just used them this afternoon. Quickest arrival time of a towing company I've ever experienced. I won't use anyone else. Courteous, professional, punctual.
I had the best experience with Darell it was a terrible day and he made it way better. It was super precarious way he had to lift my vehicle in order to avoid damaging it, but he took his time and worked with me and took all my concerns to heart and worked around them so I was happy. And the whole time he was respectful and kept his cool. Overall he is a well trained, well mannered, and patient driver and did me right.
Wonderful people!! I had my Durango towed from dodge city to Jasper, and the rates were great and they took real good care of my vehicle. I would absolutely recommend hiring them!!
Do not recommend. Charged $1260 to tow a vehicle and 2 days storage. They keep trying to justify the cost with lies. Do not use. If told they are the next rotation to come get your vehicle, tell law enforcement you decline them to get next in line.
I would not recommend using this company, especially for rotation in Cullman. Charged over $1200 for a wreck pick up with minimal damage, storage for 2 days and admin fees.
After a tire rod broke on my SUV, I was concerned about finding a way to tow it without causing more damage. Hays towing did an absolutely amazing job and took their time to make sure it was done right. They are very professional, on time and courteous. Thank you Hays, I highly recommend y’all to anyone who needs a reliable towing service.

City of Cullman Police recommended Hays Towing for tow/storage after a Thanksgiving weekend accident. Took our insurance company 3 attempts, 7 days and storage fees($600), tow($250), fuel($40), mileage($72), and admin($300) to secure a transfer to body shop. Does not accept credit/debit cards as customer can dispute charges. No out-of-town checks even from large insurance carriers or their tow subcontractors.
Customer can stop payment. That leaves certified check, money order or cash. Finally took half a day off work to drive 70 miles from Birmingham with $1,300 cash to rescue my vehicle and begin repair. Also, not open Fridays and warned to call in advance should owner and operator be out on calls. Also watch for yard dogs off the chain and a 20 mile drive into the country.
I am reading all these reviews but not yet I have seen where someone talked about prices, so let me share my experience he only had my car maybe 2 hours when I called 1st time seeing now much it was going to be and was given prices of $550.00 dollars now rember he only had it maybe 2 hours so of course I couldn't come up with that much 1st day so Monday came around called and was given prices of $950.00 dollars (wow) almost passed out. So I still working on the cash cause that's all he will take so Tuesday comes called back let him know will be there Wednesday morning for sure and of course another prices for $1,000.00 dollars. Idk maybe am in the wrong business and don't get me wrong I totally understand about prices of everything has went up I should know am raising my 2 year old grandbaby but I just didn't think this price I was charged was far. Am a strong believer in how you do other will come back around and am also a believer in Cama. Don't get me wrong I was happy with the service but didn't feel right about prices.
Owner was awesome! Had to have him come out on a Saturday and considering that, price was very reasonable! All around great guy and will use again when needed.
I used Hays to have my SUV towed from Heritage Park to WSCC. They were very fast and offered the best rate in town. I couldn’t be happier with their fast, friendly, and fair service! Hopefully I never need another tow, but if I do, they’re the only company I’ll call. A+
Highly Recommend. I’ve used them for years and they’ve always been fast and professional. They also beat everyone’s prices but even if they didn’t I would still use them. It’s nice to be able to trust the person you’re doing business with, especially in this day and age. 10/10
Super fantastic. He was so nice, explained what he was doing and why. Made me confident that he was going to take care of my vehicle. Called me after he dropped it off. Most importantly I felt that I could trust him. If this was an instance that I would have needed to ride with him to a shop I would have been perfectly fine with that. He also didn't charge me an arm and a leg. Will absolutely recommend to anyone and he has my business from here on out.

The owner was the nicest guy I have ever met on one of the worse days of mine! I was stranded a hour away from home and he went out of his way to make sure I was safe and had a way home. You don’t find service like this just anywhere. Will definitely use from now on!
Our diesel van went into "limp mode" at the Gov Guy Hunt" rest area. I called Richard and he immediately offered several solutions to get the van going again. He also connected us with various other mechanics in the area. Thanks to Richard, we were able to diagnose the problem and get back on the road without a tow. Thanks Richard for your honesty and willingness to help a stranded family!
An example of good service...I ordered just bread sticks and asked that they cut them into cubes and asked for extra seasoning. The young man accepted my request with no reservation. He was cordial and seemed to want to do anything to make my order right
