I love this place the ladies in the office are so nice and the guys will keep you laughing and they have the best prices around I wouldn't go anywhere else
I called them the day before I came and they give me the price list and I made sure to ask about copper. They said 3.65 per pound. I brought in over 100lbs of #1 and #2 each. They then hurried up and separated my load and carried it off before I could even go to the scale. Then I found out that they only give that price if you bring in over 500lbs. I called before I came because I drove 2 hrs to come here. When she handed me 140 bucks and went to the truck and gave her about a 2,000 dollar piece of tourmaline. Fancy rock that repels emp waves because she needed it more than me obviously. Ill never be back..

Brought a small load of scrap here today 07/28/25 and I was helping my elderly grandma get out the truck to talk to the guys doing the scrap cause it was her vehicle, trailer and scrap while 2 guys unloaded 3 batteries and some guy on a lift decided to tell me to hurry up and help his guys unload the batteries....
Very rude and unprofessional. I don't plan on doing scrap again but if I do I am going somewhere else. Really took all I had to not blow a gasket on the guy. Rest of the staff was awesome.
Always have been Nice and friendly experience, and fair and honest, over past 8 yrs , Wish they were Open at least a half day on Saturday, Seems like they used to be, but Not Sure, It would be Very helpful to some I'm sure, if on your Web site, Please if you Could maybe kind of explain about how to or best way to Sort Scrap Steel, Metal, Tin ect., and What Not to mix When Possible, to get Top Prices Would be greatly appreciated, and a big help, Just a Suggestion I hope Makes Cents. Horrible service... Was there on site pulling on sales at 11:55, front end was on sales and lady runs out yelling me they are closed for lunch... They don't close til 12:00... After I move, she waves at another truck to come weigh in... Discrimination if ypu ask me, picking and choosing who to weigh and allow to scrap...
Friendly and helpful. Was my first time there in a long time. They have a different system of weighing in and out which worked really good and was easy to understand (even for me).
This place has been really good to me. I come here twice a month for my work and they are always very helpful and friendly. Most places like this will try to lowball you and have employees that look like they just got out of the penitentiary. Lol Not this place they have family pictures on the wall and have T-shirts you can buy from them. I would recommend them to anyone
Brought in a load over 6k pounds all iron except a stripped down bed I had on top, that 2 guys loaded by hand and they paid me tin price for every thing (1.50 less per 100lb than iron). Went in and talked to her and she said well they have to pay the lowest price. Rude and dishonest, find somewhere else tp takw your scrap.
The people were rude and they couldn't take half of what we brought. My gf went to undo a ratchet strap and the guy told her to let me do it bc she's a woman, and then he ran over the same ratchet strap with the forklift and busted it.
Took a trailer full of scrap on Saturday morning because the internet says they are open from 8-12 and get to the yard and they are closed. now I've got a trailer of scrap having to wait to dump it. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.
