If you need your car's battery or alternator tested I highly recommend going here instead of AutoZone. I took my car to AutoZone first and their tester showed i had a bad battery along with other things luckily I decided to go get a second opinion and O'Reilly's tester showed my battery was fine and everything else checked out as well the guy doing the test was very friendly and polite and I really appreciated that and I will go back.

On my way home and coming through Cullman, when an unexpected warning message appeared on my dashboard. I pulled into O'Reilly looking for help. Chris went above and beyond with his customer service and assistance. He helped me get back on my way home and deserves a pat on the back, because unfortunately, there just aren't many people willing to go the extra mile for others anymore!

Absolutely terrible service from two young gentleman. (7/20/2025. 6:00pm) they didn’t even want to help me or wanted to be there. Gave me the wrong parts three times. When I asked for the correct part over the phone they said “we don’t have it” went there and showed them the part number and they had it. Highly disappointed.

Broke down on I-65, limped in to Oreillys. They had my part, could not repair it in parking lot. Chris, who was not on the clock gave wife, 2 puppies and myself a ride to the store then to a motel for the night. Rex, the manager was very accommodating and helpful. Can't say enough about how well we were treated. Had my part in stock, and they went out of their way to help us.

Third time over the past 2 years I have called to see if they had a part in stock, been told they had one and then found out they had none on the shelf. It is a 25 mile round trip for me. Not just at this location. At the Harrselle location too. Somebody needs to actually match the physical inventory to the computer inventory. Gas is too expensive to waste on a fruitless trip.

I've been to orielys all over and cullman is one of the best,I buy stuff for work and personal use and Rex and his crew really make a genuine effort to be accurate and find what you need .it's very seldom the big company parts store have any real parts men with this much experience

A group of teens went in on 4/20. And asked them to cut a diamond earring off. In they did 1. they are teens. 2. You are not a jewelry store. Mine is in trouble for going there for this. But my issue comes from grown men saying leave it. When I called asked about it got awe unmmm umm I remembered he sat phone I heard him say where did you put that diamond earring the mom is on the phone. It didn't grow legs and walk out the store on, its on and corporate will be involved but beware they thought they could jewelry store!! And been nothing but rude since and was rude to my daughter when she went back to get it and told her it's lost at that point! No someone has it and when it's back in my hands I'll delete my review till then.

My husband went into this store to ask for help. the guy was so rude and acted like he did not wanna help him. He huffed and puffed about it. I recommend people to go to advanced auto they are awesome and helpful.

They don't really know what there supposed to be doing here my husband usually loves going to the O'Reilly's especially in MN but over here he had to go to all their locations and finally gave up and went to Napa and that n God he did when he did cuz they had his parts ordered within 2hrs!Do better O'Reilly's!I'm giving this place and the others a 3

We needed a harness connection for a trailer we were using to hail a car. Oreillys has always had what we need and never seems judgey or superior when asking questions.

Took only 28 hours for the kid behind the counter to turn two rotors. I was told they’d be done the following day by two and showed up in person at 230 after failing to get somebody to pick up the phone despite multiple attempts. When I did, the rotors were sitting right where I’d left them the night before, but the same kid was about to start on them but couldn’t yet because his coworker’s 30 min on the clock defecation had not yet ceased since his 2:00 clock-in. Not a single car in the parking lot, which isn’t to say that it wasn’t a busy morning, but it’s very disrespectful to not even so much as make a courtesy call so I don’t burn gas and an hour of my time coming here. It would seem that the employees know how phones work given that I have yet to walk in and see them without their own phones in hand. There’s only one other shop in town that turns rotors, and I will be going exclusively there from now on.

Associate spent about 5 minutes or less, found the Bosch windshield wipers I needed and installed them with no problems. I was on my way in about 10 to 15 minutes. Very helpful young man. Great customer service too!

This place has a great supply. I get parts and stuff all the time and they have what I need in stock more than any other auto parts store I've tried.

Followed an older friend there that was having possible battery issues. O'Reilly's employee tested battery and found it was bad. My friend bought a battery for $190.00 and the employee says don't worry about bringing your core back. I asked the employee, are you not going to install the battery? He said sorry we can't, we had too many people call in and it is only the 2 of us behind the counter. My friend did not want to reverse the transaction and go to another parts store so I installed the battery in his car in the O'Reilly's parking lot. This was not a huge deal for me but if you are expecting them to install your battery, you better discuss this with the employees before purchasing because they may not divulge that info prior to the sale. This way you can decide beforehand to use this parts store or another one that will change your battery for free.

Talked with Travis in the Commercial department. He gave me my options and I ordered a belt and tensioner. It arrived on time, we picked it up and it was correct A+

Was able to buy new parts as needed, hassle free, for my 40 year old truck. Quality appears good. Staff was friendly and accurate.

Was told that my parts were ordered just to wait 2 days and find out they were never ordered. When I asked about this I wasn't even offered an apology. Will be doing business elsewhere from now on.

Went to buy a replacement battery for 2017 Honda CRV. Very friendly folks, fast & efficient. Had the battery on the counter waiting on me from 5 miles away. Priced right also.

My husband loves O'Reilly's. We should have invested in stock. The times I have gone in to pick up for him, the employees have always been very helpful/friendly.

O'Reilly Auto Parts in Cullman is definitely the place to buy auto parts. A clean great-looking store with an excellent service team to find the parts that you need. Rex the manager always make sure his store is stocked and organized so you can find whatever you need! They also have break rotor turning service, Auto paint mixing and a variety of services. And there are never afraid to tell you where to go to find a part if they don't carry it. Thanks to Rex and his team for excellence in the business.

I needed help topping off my oil and securing my car hood before I drove home today and I got help with both! It was a cold day and the employee who helped me came outside to help me find a bungee cord that would secure my hood and put it on for me (had a fender bender left it unable to be fully closed) and helped me find the correct oil and topped it off for me. Was a huge help and made my day!

I was leaving work yesterday my car wouldn’t start I scared to death it was my Alternator so I left work after being jumped off went straight to O’Reillys in Cullman Alabama I went in and Jon was busy so I waited on him to finish up with his customer and he asked me what he could do for me and I said can you test my battery and he tested my alternator and my battery just turned out I needed a battery for my 2015 Nissan Altima he even installed it for me thank you Jon from the bottom of my heart y’all guys are awesome I will always go to O’Reillys Cullman Alabama customer for life

Had a really good experience at this store. All the staff were great, and knew just how to help me find what I needed. They have great prices on all kinds of top brand products as well.

My car developed a misfire halfway between Memphis and Atlanta and the guys at this O'Reilly did everything they could to help me figure out what was wrong with my car including loaning me tools and I appreciate their help very much I did end up limping back home and made it home to Atlanta thanks to their help thanks again nice to have some help from nice people when so far away from home

Helped us greatly when I needed new battery terminals. Took us 2 days to figure that out. They tested the battery it was good, alternator was good too but the car randomly wouldnt start. Turns out the positive cable terminal was too big and couldn't sit properly on the battery. Once we put the new terminals on we were good to go! Still runs like a champ!

Most of the of the employees Was laying on the counters like there hung over or drugged up.They don’t even try to help find a part ! I was broke down coming through from Tenn and they said I had to go to Autozone “down the street” good thing a decent stranger helped me and YES Autozone sold me a part lol....They was snickering about a customer in there (the employees must have not seen there grubby appearance in a mirror lately ) .The assistant manager acted worse than the other employee (like he didn’t have to care and was unhelpful with the untrained employee ) ...This is the Cullman,Al store I am referring to.Total employee change is needed at this store A.S.A.P

I won't come back here again!!! Last week I needed a fuse replaced because my cigarette lighter to charge my phone went out in my car. I have a 2016 Malibu and never had that happen before. I already had bought a box of new fuses all I needed is it to be put in or my goodness at least tell me where it goes so I can do it myself...... so I went to the counter and this very RUDE guy looks at me like I'm stupid after I asked and not only would he not put in something as simple as a fuse but he wouldn't even tell me where it goes cause I had no freaking idea!!!!! He literally looks at me like I'm stupid and talks to me like I am too.... tells me to look in the instruction manual cause last thing he's going to do is at least give me a hint!! I mean it's a fuse????? So I went to Chevrolet and they were more than happy to put it in!!! For now on I will NEVER EVER give these ppl any business!! I'll tell anyone I know too!!! Too bad I can't rank 0 stars!!!!
