Only place I trust with my wife and Daughter’s cars for repairs. Every time I have taken something there, I have gotten a straight answer and an accurate answer on time that it would take.

Recently had to use their service while stranded with a flat on the side of a busy I-65. Within minutes of calling they were there and took me to the closest and best repair place in town. Everyone from the receptionist to the driver were super nice and happy to help!!

Was going to use to get my Lexus fixed after being rear-ended. Was really rude and said it wasn't their job to deal with insurance......WHAT!!! I guess they don't like getting paid.

Absolutely terrible service very very poor body work and auto painting. Kept my car for four months only to get it back poorly done. Mary, Carolyn and Earl Smith are terrible people to do business with. Carolyn is the receptionist, Mary part owner also employed by FedEx, Earl part owner.

Quality work at a good price. Everybody at Earl’s Body Shop is helpful.

I cant say enough , awesome customer service and went above and beyond to help us. My car looks fantastic and if we ever need auto body work again we will return! All I can say is I am sorry that Allstate was such a pain for y'all to deal with!

They are the best towing company around cullman professional at everything they do I've used them many times and my customers have to I've never had a problem fast reliable service always their body shop is great too

I'd return to Earl's in a heartbeat. They were extremely courteous and made every effort to get the job done right and in a timely manner. The work done was excellent and left my vehicle looking new.

They handled my wreck as the tow truck company and an estimate for fixing. I think they were honest, professional, and looked out for my best interest.

Had a problem with my trunk not wanting to close. Went by and three of the mechanics took a look and tried to fix the problem. Finally one of them removed a small rubber cover from the connector located in the trunk hood and the problem was solved. And at no charge. Great guys and superb service. Will go back if I ever need any body work done on my vehicle.

Brad and the staff there are always professional and knowledgeable about what needs to be done and they charge fairly.

I have four different claims and each time Earl's Body shop did the repairs. Each time, the finished job was excellent, we were very pleased! The staff and owners are very nice and work as hard as they can to get your vehicle back as soon as possible. I will always use Earl's, just hope it's not anytime soon!

Have had my dad's car for 7 weeks! He was in an accident and needed the two passenger doors replace. Took FOREVER to get the doors in, then they discovered they needed the center post. DUH - doors damaged, wouldn't you think the post would be too. Another 2 weeks to get that in. Now they tell him an air bag is bad. Insurance will only pay up to a certain cap for the rental car. Whose pocket are they in?

My daughter's SUV was hit by metal road debris on I-65 in North Birmingham and the car was disabled. I called Earl's to quickly pick the car up as I was over a 100 miles away at the time. They were able to reach my daughter and her car for pickup within 1.5 hrs and brought the car back to Cullman at their shop for repair. They did an awesome job on the SUV and kept in contact with us via Text and also telephone calls. They were very honest and helpful throughout the entire process. The insurance transaction was no problem at all.

They took forever to fix our daughter's car. They told her 1 week it took 3. They told her that they had to send it out to have a sensor replaced that was damaged when she was hit. They charged the insurance company for it. Two days after she got it back the check engine light came on. We had it checked it was the sensor that they were suppose to have had replaced. They will never receive any of our business again.

We used the wrecker service for our 40 foot diesel pusher RV and the driver (Brian) was wonderful. Very respectful of our coach and us. We were from out of state and not knowing anyone is always a little nerve racking. Great job Brian and thank you again.

I have used the towing service several times and never had a problem everyone is very nice however the actual body work is awful I have taken my cat back 4 times to get the driver door correct and it still sounds like the windows down when u are driving Also they put a stripe on my hood when you raise the hood you can see where the old stripe was and its not lined up and they didn't even care to remove the pieces of old stripe where it wouldn't be obvious! Would not recommend for any body work!
