William came out to The Crack Guys to retrieve a 56,000-pound excavator that was no longer running. He was extremely knowledgeable about the entire retrieval process — from safely removing it from the hole to getting it loaded and transported to the scrap and salvage yard.
Hands down, these guys know exactly how to handle any situation. William took his time, was super friendly throughout, and explained each step in detail. We’ll definitely be calling Cullman Towing again!

Was charged 310$ for them to drive 4 miles and winch my truck 5 feet out of a soft spot. Took less than 5 minutes for the entire process. My company set it up so they were billed but because it was my mistake I have to pay it back, I am waiting on the tow bill receipt to see the justification for the high charge. Also this was just a semi tractor pull no trailer and I had tow hooks also one hook up for the tow truck. The service itself was great and the guy was quick and friendly and that so far is the justification for the 3 star, if the bill shows something that makes more sense I will adjust the rating accordingly.
I’m a Truck Driver, I got towed to a Freightliner Dealership yesterday tow truck driver extremely helpful even thought it was racing he still did his job with no complaints, after my tow was completed he offered to wait for me to get my bag from my truck and drop me off at a hotel. It was a really nice gesture and I didn’t ask him to do so. God Bless this Company and Bless Tge Driver Who Extended His Services To Me..

I hate to give bad reviews but I called and they said they were booked and asked me to call back the following day. I called the next morning and setup a tow for noon and they never showed up or called.
They were great they got my vehicle from the accident didn't like I couldn't get my stuff tonight I got out of the hospital but other than that they did a great job
They are very well experienced, it was late the load shifted on our load and he was quick and very reasonable on price! Like most places they rip big trucks a new one but cullman didn’t they really care the owner was super awesome!
